The replacement part for my Parallax 555 converter listed on Adventures site is wrong according to Parallax. When I tried contacting Adventure you cannot talk to anyone except by e-mail. So three days into e-mails nothing's been resolved.

It would have been nice if you (or anyone for that matter) could have confirmed part number vs model number on Atwood furnace. However, in this case I had luxury of time to remove before purchase. Otherwise fantastic experience.
Nice web site, easy to find stuff. Everything good so far - I'll reserve final judgement for when I get the order. Had a little delivery issue with Fedex but not this site's fault, got some help after a little prodding so all OK now. I am happy and will probably use them again.

I have received but installed the awning brackets however they appear to be exact OEM replacements. Included are extra long attachment bolts which should provide added support. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase!

Your data system at checkout could use some TLC & updating. Also, please note that your shipping data line at the first check out phase inputs a variable which should simply be set as a 0 until the customer generates to the next phase of order process, otherwise the customer gains a misrepresentation of the true shipping cost (I'd be more than happy to explain this in depth if desired). It is somewhat confusing and would be very cumbersome for a potential client whom lacks much system/web experience. I do wholeheartedly understand that your business is in business to make money (stockholder management) but as I know, we need to focus on the customer satisfaction first. A happy customer/stakeholder makes a business what it is.

Ordered this item on Sunday, September 6,2015. Have been waiting for 13 days. Checked all data and found that you do not show my order at all. Reordered today. P.S. Checkout is extremely cumbersome. It is not AdventureRV's fault, but manufacturer was "very shallow minded" in describing their product. I MADE it fit though, but I have loads of tenacity!
