Terrible communication

I placed an order for an RV toilet The disclaimer says that we shipping it one to six business days it is now 10 days and my FedEx tracking says the same thing it'll be updated once they receive it so not only has FedEx not gotten it after 10 days I have no idea where it's at after 10 days plus another 3 or 4 days to get to me it's only in Tennessee that they ship it and I live in Florida worst customer service you can't call them you have to open up a chat line or send them an email Don't order from here

I wish I would have read reviews first. I ordered a resonator for an Onan generator. They sent me a SPIGOT, YES, A SPIGOT that would fit a large industrial barrel. Three days of BS, filling out tickets, sending photos, so far all photos sent are still not enough, send more they say. HOW DOES THIS PLACE STAY IN BUSINESS... AND WHY DOES AMAZON ALLOW THEM TO CONTINUE SELLING PRODUCTS. I WILL BUY FROM A REAL RETAIL STORE FROM NOW ON

FedEx SLOW
October 5, 2017

Package arrived 10/05 via post office. 100 miles in 6 DAYS!
Package went from KNoxville to Nashville to Charlotte to Concord, NC and then via Post Office to Johnson City!?

Package in good shape and put into service, OK.

Very good service.

Got the product in less than a week. Well worth the cost for postage. They double bubble wrapped the product kept it from getting dented. Very good service. I'll come back and order agean.

Wrong furnace

Not Honest

I ordered a part on the Adventur RV website. The part was shown as being "In Stock". I paid in good faith. The next day I received a FedEx tracking number. When I tracked the package the result was that the label had been printed but the package never shipped.
I tried calling Adventure RV. No Answer.
I tried the online chat. They can't handle anything that has to do with shipping.
I tried emailing. The first response said I should be patient.
I filed a customer support ticket. After a few days of not getting anywhere, a person in Customer Support said they would look into the situation and let me know when the product would ship. They never did.
This morning, 7 days after placing an order. These questionable people told me the item was never in stock and I should wait a few more weeks. I have asked for a refund. By listing the product as Available then finally, after a week of having my money, telling me the item was Not Available, I can only say that this company is dishonest.
I will never deal with AdventureRV again and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
I am now out of time to repair my RV before departing. Had this company been honest, I could have found an alternate vendor for the part I needed.
Shame on you, Adventure RV!

I would never use this company. I contacted them on their "chat" and asked about the item which I wanted to purchase. By the way, you can't talk to them on the phone only online. Was told it was in stock, so I placed the order. Was told the item should ship and take between 2-6 business days. Received Fed Ex shipping ticket two days after placing the order and checked on it several days later. Fed Ex said it had not been shipped and the vendor had only created the shipping document. They were not in possession of the item. Contacted AdventureRV, was told they expected it to be in their warehouse in the next few days and it would ship out. They didn't have the product in house to send me but charged my cc right away. Now they tell me the product should be shipped in the next day or so. Contacted my CC company and contested the charge. Don't know when I ever would have received the product. Poor customer service and I will never order from them again. Honesty is the best policy and it is nowhere to be found at this company.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER'S NEEDS. THEY OFFER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSE TO ASSIST YOU AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU A SHIPPING INSURANCE AS PART OF YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES, WHICH IS NOT NECESSARY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

UPDATE: After an exchange of messages where they kept saying it was not their problem, the Support thread went dead for nearly a week. Now we just received notice that they are sending a replacement item. So good for doing what they should have done in the first place, but not good that it was not the first response that they had.

I bought a Valterra Water Pressure Regulator w/ Gauge (S078-*******). The only good things I can say about them is that it arrived quickly, and they opened a "support" ticket on the same day. That's the end of the good news.

The pressure gage was defective on the regulator (which attaches between a garden hose and the inlet port of an RV). This was easy to tell because it always read the same pressure, either when installed and operational, or completely disconnected.

I requested an exchange. Their response: once the item had been "installed" I had to deal with the manufacturer. Attaching it to the end of a garden hose is "installing" it? How else to know if it works? I pointed out this out, and they suggested contacting the manufacturer for "help with installation". That was the end of their responses.

If it had been a functional item, I would have probably been happy with them. But forget getting any support if there is a problem with what you got. I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

I called them to see if an item would work in my RV they said it would. I ordered in good faith. It was obviously not going to fit when it came in and it didn't even have the hardware to install it if it would have fit. I contacted return center and they said I never talked to anybody ( don't know how they think they know that) and per the return policy that I read that I couldn't return it. I never used the appliance and there is no reason is should not be returned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I attempted to order my RV parts and thought I had done everything I should have. The day after ordering I checked my bank account and the Debit was there for the order. I had not received any communication from Adventurer RV about the order. I got back on their site to see if my "account" showed the order. It did not! I started a "chat" session with "Jon" to find out if the order was processed. He/she told me I would have to check in "my account" to see. I told him/her I had and did not see anything there. I was told that I must have not done something right! I asked about being charged for the items without the order being placed. It went downhill from there. "Jon" would not provide me any information at all! I told him/her to cancel my order. "Jon" told me "as stated in the checkout process once ordered it can not be canceled"! I asked "Jon" to have someone call me to at least let me know what the status of my order was. "Jon" told me they do not have "phone" customer service as they only have online.
I ended the the call with "cancel my order and I will dispute the charge with my bank"! Avoid this seller as I will!

Would be nice to get a free shipping or discount code for returning customers and I find it hard to believe that customer service people do not have access to any of these promo codes when asked just out of curiosity. Other than that the my experience was great. Super fast shipping.
