The overall experience would have been excellent if it weren't for the customer service. The product was delivered sooner than promised, in great condition, and at the best price I found anywhere! The packaging was very professional and secure and there was no visible damage to ether LED light.
After perfectly following the plug and play installation directions, I couldn't get the lights to work. I contacted customer service, which is online only, and was informed we would need to trouble shoot the issue together. I got to my vehicle and proceeded to go to the online chat for help. This time, the chat was answered by the other representative (I believe there are only 2 online support personnel, but not 100% sure). This person took over 15 minutes after beginning the chat to even ask what the issue was (There was no one else in the cue but me as they tell you how many people are in line). Once he finally got to the chat, he was very rude. Instead of going through the details, I'll simply post the chat for people to see how they treat their customers. Long story short, they wired the lights backwards and we had to flip the plug on the connectors. Here's an example of their stellar customer service representation:

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
