Really bad this time I ordered some parts before with no problem but I don't understand why all this BS when I been telling you that I just want to return this items and get my money back I not happy I don't know what else want to hear
As an Automotive teacher on a tight budget, I decided to give Sixity a shot for purchasing CV axles for my Honda, and it was a huge mistake. The photos clearly show that the CV axles don't fit because the shaft size is completely wrong. After five frustrating phone calls and countless emails, I've been told that return shipping labels would supposedly be sent out—yet here I am still waiting! To add insult to injury, they plan to deduct return shipping costs from my refund, even though they are the ones who sent me the wrong parts! Once I finally get those shipping labels, I'll have to track the part and notify them when it arrives back at their location just to get a partial refund for their blunder.

We keep track of returns for orders we have sent return labels for. We simply suggested to keep track of your item to make sure it arrives, and to reach out to expedite your refund, but it is not required. We sent the return label as requested to the email address we have on file for you. If there is another you would like us to send it to please contact our service center to arrange for it to be resent.
Upon thorough research I decided sixityauto was the best option for me and what I wanted to accomplish with a budget build in mind and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the product I ordered and timely manner it got delivered to me!

I was expecting my complete shipment at same time as the first half, i received, so i could make a trip out of state for a family members wedding, on saturday but completly missed it, was never notified of a split shippment until i called about only recived half the order.
