I couldn't find my part anywhere not even the Ford house had it. Ford wanted me to order my part with parts I already had and didnt need. With sixity auto I was able to find what I needed and had it at the house in a couple business days.
Sixty Auto Parts shipped the spark plugs I'd ordered fast and they got to me undamaged. Great company!

Received a wrong cv axel, called sixty twice got the same guy both times and he made me feel like I was during him a favor by calling him. Don't buy from this company if you want the right parts. Worst customer service ever.

As an Automotive teacher on a tight budget, I decided to give Sixity a shot for purchasing CV axles for my Honda, and it was a huge mistake. The photos clearly show that the CV axles don't fit because the shaft size is completely wrong. After five frustrating phone calls and countless emails, I've been told that return shipping labels would supposedly be sent out—yet here I am still waiting! To add insult to injury, they plan to deduct return shipping costs from my refund, even though they are the ones who sent me the wrong parts! Once I finally get those shipping labels, I'll have to track the part and notify them when it arrives back at their location just to get a partial refund for their blunder.

Upon further review of the messages sent, we were very transparent on the terms regarding the shipping label, and you agreed to these terms for it to be deducted from your refund. We keep track of returns for orders we have sent return labels for. We simply suggested to keep track of your item to make sure it arrives, and to reach out to expedite your refund, but it is not required. We sent the return label as requested to the email address we have on file for you. If there is another you would like us to send it to please contact our service center to arrange for it to be resent.

I was expecting my complete shipment at same time as the first half, i received, so i could make a trip out of state for a family members wedding, on saturday but completly missed it, was never notified of a split shippment until i called about only recived half the order.

I would say I am disappointed that your logo is not on the spacers like pictured. It's actually the reason I bought them was for your design, or stickers would be nice to show off the brand
I bouth a 6pk of coils and a 6pk of spark plugs. I only received 5 spark plugs and I wasnt satisfied with the quality of the ignition coils and the spark plugs because they only sent 5. I have been calling for 2 days on a row and they dont answer the phone. Im still waiting to get my money refund. Is imposible to comunicate with this company. First and last time for sure.

I ordered parts for a 2014 Ram. The parts have yet to be delivered. Tracking said by 10 pm on the 15th. I ordered on the 8th. 7 days is a bit long when you need critical parts. The website wasn't that user friendly.
I discovered this while searching for replacement parts for the afore mentioned vehicle. I may use Sixty Auto Parts in the future. However not for something critical for vehicle operation. Lead times are just to long.
I received used spark plugs but customer service was very responsive and helping resolve the issue.
Revived order it was open and missing an item. I called was told I'd revive a call and have the missing item sent out. I have yet to here form them
