Sadly the listing for my vehicles standard tire was a different size from what came standard (265/70 vs 255/70)and I didn't catch it before ordering. Hope they fit.
I love Tire Buyer. The tires are delivered SUPER fast. The ONLY thing that needs to be fixed is the website (i think I sent this review last time I ordered tires). Please remove the requirement to put in the zip code that tries to match the buyer with an installer. If I want to buy tires, I do not want to put my zip code in order to even search for tires. It is very frustrating! I only want to search for the tires I need. I live in a rural area and there is NO INSTALLER near me. I understand that is a convenience for many tire shoppers, but I DO NOT wish to have my tires inatalled--only delivered to ME. I can find my own installer.
The tires were delivered on time and I had the opportunity to meet the delivery driver at my door. He was very personable and confirmed the delivery with a photo and signature. Excellent service!
The service was fast and on time. The only problem I had was that FedEx left my tires in The middle of the driveway and didn't ring the doorbell. Good thing I was home. Great company over all
My online experience was flawless no complaints whatsoever. FedEx on the other hand, delivered my tires to the auto shop and did not inform the receptionist that they were there. Luckily she went outside and happened to see them sitting in the front of the shop could've easily been stolen.
There was no tracking number provided, just simply stated shipped. I had to call customer service to get a tracking number. I will say that customer service was very helpful in providing tracking number as well as following up a few days later to make sure tires had been received.
Only got 3 tires and had to wait several days on a replacement tire to get here. Had to cancel 2 set up times to get them mounted because I never knew when the replacement would arrive.Lost tire is still lost as far as I know. Still showing on Fedex delivery update. Go figure...
They helped me pick the correct size tire (apparently the last place put the wrong size on the car) and delivered them to me quickly. The pricing was less expensive than the the tire shops around me, even with separate installation.
We do not monitor our emails daily, so we were unaware of this order, in addition, the amount that we would be reimbursed was less than our rates. The customer understood the issues.
We have asked to be removed from this program. We like to supply the tires we order for reasons of warranty etc.
