Sorry, its a long one but so was the back and forth trying to make this junk work. Bought a set of headlights for my 2016 F150. Right off the bat the low beams worked intermittently. With and without the antiflicker resistor. The customer service 1 800 number doesn't get you anywhere. Its all chat messaging. Without any questions they sent me a new set of low beams, didn't want the old ones back. Goes to show you how valuable these headlights really are.
So skip to the end I got all 4 bulbs replaced. High beams never worked at all with the anti flicker resistor they said i needed to have (extra cost) The connections are loose and sloppy so everything go zip tied tight and taped and the low beams still work intermittently. They don't flicker they simply go out then a while later come back on again. I've double and triple checked all connections. The issue doesn't lie there. I've had a licensed mechanic look at them and his advice was next time buy quality. This still cost me $570 and I've emailed Xenon pro and have yet to receive a reply. That was 6 weeks ago.
My advice. Spend the extra money and buy quality. How this company has received a rating as high as they have baffles me.
The packaging isn't even the same on the replacement low beams they sent me. Seems unprofessional

I placed an order for H- 11 bulbs to fit my 2013 Chevy Avalanche and the anti - flicker package a total of $164.00 not cheap. But supposed to fit and work well. Well they didn't fit. Called for support and instead I get chastised for not checking the fit before I purchased them. Hey I stated site states they should fit like factory specs. Support tech states you should have measured them before hand or call us and we would have told you. So can I return them please? Not now they have been installed, I stated no I never plugged them in I only placed one in the housing and noted that it would not allow me to bolt up the housing back in place as it hits on the back side. Short story not a lot of support and customer service is non existence. Joe S.

Bought item#9005-HILOWHID-8000-WC-35W. On August 10,2019 (2 months). Also bought the flicker add on. After 2 months they stop automatically while driving down the street. The only customer service is the tech support on the site where you have to type all the info. Well they make you wait while they deal with multiple customers at the same time. They said its either the flicker add ons or the bulbs. Got the run around multiple times. Kevin W. And Dale P. Now if i need the parts they will send them but the shipping is $19.99 per set. So im looking at $30.00 just in shipping charges. So i can buy a new set oh LED from another vendor (which is a better light after all) for $59.99, plus free shipping. I feel this company is a rip off and would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY.

The issue can be related to one of many different things and most of the time it can be fixed by adjusting certain connections. 3/19 purchased HID lights for my Can am F3. After two hours right bulb went out. Two days later rode the bike and it worked, for two hours. Then it failed again. The ballast is faulty. Tried to reach Xenonpro ( only by Chat) was in number 2 position went to #1 and then nothing. I lost $179.00 on the HID lights. I do not expect any response. I foolishly ignored these reviews and it cost me. I would give this company a no star review, but thats no available.

A great deal

A very nice, easy to navigate website made ordering easy. My order arrived when expected. The new bulbs have not been installed as yet so I cannot comment on performance at this time but I am very happy with my shopping experience. I am also grateful that XenonPro waited a reasonable amount of time before requesting feedback unlike so many companies that want feedback on something you received yesterday or have even yet to receive. My only suggestion for improvement would be to list the bulb type (high beam, low beam or fog light) on the box so I don't have to look at the invoice to correlate bulb type with item #.

Wrong fit
November 22, 2022

Low beams fit fine, but high beam is too big. Also told me I needed and anti-flicker kit for each one. None of the lights work with it connected, but work when disconnected.
I will say that the low beams are bright, but not worth the headache.

Xenon Pro attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I ordered both High and low beams for my 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI SE. Which calls for an H7. Their system says that it will fit... it wont its not even remotely close. I verified with customer service that they were actually the right ones and they said they were. Tried to return them and they say they only accept returns via Fedex which thats total crap. When I priced how much it was to ship them it was 100.86 to return them via Fedex so a third the price of the item like WTF!? Dont fall for their trap that they sell bulbs you pretty much can't return with hosing yourself even worse

Horrible service
November 9, 2021

I bought headlights for my vehicle based upon the recommendation of their website. Got them and they don't fit the car. Contacted customer service and they processed the return. I am now responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the lights back to them. It was their company that said the lights would fit the car and they don't. How does that make me responsible for shipping them back. But, Dale the customer service agent said I don't have the responsibility to shipping them back, I can just deliver them back myself. This company is a joke

Scam

Will not replace parts, they blame your car for the issues. Shipping also takes very long and there is no compensation for the delayed "express" shipping. My bank got me my money back. XenonPro was very uncooperative and hesitant to refund. Their items are literally the same quality as the stuff on AliExpress for $20. They also kept making excuses about late shipment

If you search 2008 Toyota Avalon for LED kits, no warning comes up about it won't work converting factory HID Xenon to LEDs. They told me after I received the kits that it won't work. They showed me in a chat page warning it won't work, but never comes up on a home page search. They are in Canada so you also pay foreign transaction fees. I got an RMA to return the kits and it cost me $61.64 paying for shipping ans fees both ways. All for nothing. What a waste. They should warn customers when placing the order if it will work. Don't go by the vehicle search on their home page.

Well to start with I've been a customer of this site for just about 3 years now. They're led kits are very well made and are very bright. The best thing about them is they're the only ones that offer a lifetime warranty which quite frankly is unheard of especially in this day and age. I'm super satisfied with their led products as I've ordered over 20 kits about 5 of those for my vehicles and the rest for family and friends vehicles. Needles to say they all love them. Oh and customer service is very important to them they take the time to make sure your purchasing the right stuff for your vehicle and take care of you when it's time to have one or more of the bulbs replaced. They're awesome to say the least and I recommend them to anyone who wants to have better vision with their vehicles at night. The difference is like night and day.

Lasted 4 months had to pay$40 for new set
August 27, 2022

My first set lasted a little over a year. Free replacement with 39.99 shipping. Replacement lasted five months and these were summer months so not using them much. I contacted them about the short span that these lasted in again they can send me a free replacement but still charge me 39.99 for shipping. They will not waive the shipping even though they only lasted five months. Won't even upgrade the bulbs.

Xenon Pro attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I am now purchasing my 4th kit for my daughter's car. Very happy with the performance of the product. I first had my low beams done, then high and finally fog. My daughter's headlight went out this week and i figured id get her a set.

Able to see at night

Great product easy to install works great as standard H-11 Chevy bulbs in my Colorado just are not enough for me. Only problem i had was connecting thje power to my existing plug that was guess work as it was two terminals rather than the usual plug & play

XenonPro bulbs do
Not last. I went to replace in the local distributor where we have purchased them. They would not sell me new bulbs until
I booked in for a diagnostic, witch would run me up to $300 after replacing the bulbs. So I went on the website and seen all this info about backing their customers, their top notch warranty, clear and simple. So I emailed, to be told
To use chat. Witch I did & the response I got was so very poor. I was then blocked on the chat, and my email. So I continued on to a bussiness email and sent the message below. No response.

This man, does not deserve anyone's time, money or even thought. He is an arrogant miserable person. So for anyone thinking about looking at his product. Take a look on AliExpress, for the exact bulb he plasters his "bussiness" name on. For a fraction of the cost & more then likely will last as long or longer then XenonPro.

After 3 years

Over the weekend, after 3 years of having these installed, one side of the Dual Beam, Hi & Low Beams - 9007 - Full LED Headlights Kit started the flicker randomly. Ranging from small to big flickering. Traveling long distance for Thanksgiving, it freaked me out. Luckily, it held together till daylight.

Don't waste your time messaging them on the weekends since they don't respond to messages outside of their hours. Or get back to you during their working hours. I had to contact them again to finally get a hold of someone.

Anyways after 3 years, I thought I was in the clear since I knew I had the receipt and it had a lifetime warranty. We'll come to find out, you have to pay an additional amount just to fulfill that request. They charge $40 for shipping and admin fees. If it's under warranty, why does the customer have to pay them again?! For $40, I can buy a cheap set for the same quality, then pay another $40 3 years later and still saved more money then what they charge for their product. If I knew about this sleazy lifetime warranty, I wouldn't have wasted my money.

Don't be filled by their LIFETIME WARRANTY BS. The quality isn't any better from what you can get from Amazon. The price doesn't reflect the value of their product. It's a big ripoff, avoid this company at all costs.

The LEDs did their job.

I bought these to replace the previous HIDs which were starting to go out. According to both drivers, the LEDs were supposed to be brighter, but not really the case. I purchased the mid range lumens, and its a huge difference from HIDs which were definitely brighter. LEDs are supposed to not run as hot and last longer than HIDs. So I am keeping them for that reason. The LEDs still did their job, just not as good as HIDs.

Instructions... were no where close to what you had to actually do. I had to take apart the LED in order to place a fitting on so it could lock into the headlight housing. Took around 30 mins, wasn't hard, but still had to figure it out on my own.

The customer service is awful, I was having problems with my light flickering and was told I needed to unhook my daytime running lights so I did and it didnt fix anything. The harness they send is total crap, it's to short and very poorly made. Overall experience was horrible will never buy from this company again.

Nice light

The light is a nice bright white. Definitely worth the money. Would be 5 stars but customer service couldn't give me a clear answer on the heat range of the resistors that are required for the LED package. My headlight assemblies have small dust covers that I had to drill 2 separate holes in each to have the resistors outside of the lens box. The plastic grommets do not come with the LED package only the HID package. Something that can be added to your FAQS section maybe. Other than that very easy to install. Remember to reverse the polarity on the LEDs.

I ordered LED headlights for my truck after talking to a sales rep who told me which lights I needed for my truck. When I received them, they did not fit. I had to pay $27 to ship them back to Canada via FedEx (their rules) and then they kept a $30 restocking charge for telling me to get the wrong bulbs. This is a terrible company to doo business with and I Recommend that you do not deal with them.
