First started off by plugging in the led bulbs i bought from them and they didn't work because they messed up on the anti flicker module that you have to have to even use them. The wires are crossed so no power is going to the bulb. Have spent countless hours emailing them and try to message them on their live chat and Louis C will never answer you. Waited for over 2 hours and no one replied it's a joke of a company. Pay $300 for bulbs that don't even work! And their 100% customer satisfaction pledge wont work either asked to return the lights and no one will answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Easy installation, the blue is a good look. They are not bright I have taken them out after a week and put the old bulbs back in so I can see. Not a good purchase on my part.
I ordered the 45W LED's to replace my Tundra low beams, high beams, and fog lights. They are noticeably brighter and a clean white color, making visibility significantly better. No modifications were necessary. It was necessary for me to contact their customer service due to a defective bulb, and after a few minutes of talking, a replacement had been ordered and was shipped to me the next day. I am very pleased with the product and customer service.

Don't buy anything from this company, my bulbs didn't fit my car so I got a return saying full refund and shipping cost to return them when they got them back they will not return my costs to return them after they at old me to put receipt in box with the return will never buy anything from this company again and can't believe they have not shut them down they lie to you and then there is no phone to talk with them on online
Order was shorted a USB Cable. Called customer and informed only available by "online chat!" Was told the item didn't come with a USB Cable. Told 'chat line customer service rep' to check the online ad which included the cable. The reply: "will notify management to remove the cable" apparently from the ad. Requested to be connected with a supervisor, which was denied. Was told I could return the item at my own expense and they would deduct $15.00 from the refund. Now I understand why this company has only "online chat" for customer service. To abuse customers! For this company "buyer beware" is a fact!
After placing my order customer service called me because something looked wrong on my order. He corrected the problem and sent me the correct item I needed. Had he not caught the problem the lights would not have worked. He stopped a bad issue before it even happened. Thank you customer service.

These people are horrible to deal with if there is a problem with your purchase. They DO NOT stand behind their products and will not give a refund or even a partial refund. They never worked correctly and even though the company was aware of this they refuse to help or refund the money.

I ordered low and high beams for two different vehicles and paid $450.00 for these items. I received one box which included one set of high beams only. When I called customer service and they told me that I had received the items which I have not. I just want to send the item back I did receive and get my money back for everything. Three days of live chat only to be cut off each time. I purchased a DC-09 Dashcam and didnt install it for almost one year. Once installed only the little red light came on. After only a short delay, Xenonpro did make everything right with not just one, but two replacement cameras and a gift. It takes good management to make things right.
I had an issue with installing my bulbs after they had told me through their fitment tool on their site and from talking to one of their reps that their bulbs would fit my truck and they weren't even close. Then in trying to return them they really stuck it to me and made me pay for a 35$ shipping package because of all their return requirements with the shipping. And to top it all off they left me hanging on my original shipping cost I paid. So I'm out 50$ trying to return something they falsely said would fit my truck. Complete joke of a company and I hope they go out of business. They're far beyond terrible I can't stress that enough.
They forgot to add my camera to my other order, I contacted them and within minutes they were sending me a camera at no charge to me. Very good customer service, thank you Kevin!
The company does not research into their own product that they sell.
I bought these based on my vehicles specs. When I had them installed, even with the anti flicker ballist it still didn't work. You would think that the engineers would have known that this LED style bulb doesn't work with projector style headlights. Yet the website will still tell you it's fine and sells it to you.
Issues with Returns!
So they give you a return number, make you declare $20.00 for the return, then refund your money. They didn't say however that shipping cost would be $95.00 from U.S. to Canada. So basically I only got $25 bucks back.
Do not buy!
The product is a rip off. The shipping is a scam. I Also know they make claims on those returns as damaged so they can make even more money from the carrier. The reviews on their site is self perpetually fugazi. This is just another fake company gangster sight out to get your money.
Hi Louis, as we explain in our store, LEDs are not ideal for projector headlights. Yes, they will fit and we do sell but they are not optimal and should opt for Xenon HIDs. Return shipping should cost no more than $15 if the return instructions are followed correctly.
But from ANYONE else. Ordered xenon kit, came with missing parts. Tried to get replacements and online chat guy Kevin W. Told me they were out of stock. Offered refund on missing parts and referred me to other venders for replacements. Implied I was lying about missing parts. Veiled threats of charging me with fraud if I complained to Paypal because they couldn't complete my order. Totally unprofessional, never had a worse experience with an online company.
Excellent conversion from regular light bulbs to LED bulbs. Everything went as advertised. I also watched a couple of YouTube videos on how the make the conversion. For a non-mechanical person everything went very smoothly.

I bought 2 sets of LED's (Hi & lows) for my van and they worked beautifully until I hit the 8 month mark. One bulb first started to flicker and then went out, they replaced that one and it worked fine. But after a short while later another bulb (hi beam) started to flicker and also stopped working and then another one from the other side went dead. I asked for them to be replaced and they said I would need to switch the bulbs around. I said why would I need to switch them around after 8 months and besides the way my headlights are situated in my van I needed to have them professionally installed by my mechanic and every time I gave it in it costed me more money. I told them that I paid a lot of money for them because they come with a lifetime warranty and that I would send them the olds ones once I had them replaced. They just said too bad and that they were busy with other customers and ended the chat. I had them remover and bought a new set locally.

We're more than happy to send you replacement parts under our warranty program but it's impossible for us to guess what went wrong. 9/10 times the issue can be resolved on the spot without any replacement parts.

Terrible customer service, and complete Chinese garbage of a product, don't waste your time, I thought I was buying a quality product, then could not return. Customer service through the website told me they were plug and play and they are not.

Not sure where to begin with this company, go from the beginning ordered 3 kits to replace all my driving lights on my truck,
Well after my hightbeams not fitting an ordering new ones, non of them worked correctly. Either some how me screwing up the simple plug an play design. Or faulting product... after being ridiculed by them they "that it's impossible for there product to be faulty" I decided to send it all back get my money back an just walk away from it. Well after 2 weeks of it being delivered an many emails i finally get a refund. Only to find out I only received some of my money. Because there was a bulbs they sent me I didn't send back Well pretty sure if I sent back 3 kits nicely in there boxes I would send it to ;) needless to say with my experience i wouldn't deal with them again seem like they like to scam people on refund being I read are others who got scammed to.

I have been going to Xenon's in Grand Island since they opened. I have had one other best stylist student in 16 years! But now I am proud to say I have meet the best in 16 years, that would be Riley K. She is so sweet and so full of energy! And great at what she does!
I entered all the vehicle information on the website to get the correct lighting kit for my truck. Once the kit was installed the lights would not work. Some of the connections did not fit snug which leads me to believe it was not the correct kit. It did cost me to ship the product back, but I was able to finally get a 100% refund.
They were quick to help and fill the order and get everything shipped in a speedy process instruction for installing were simple and easy to use and very helpful

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
