So I was dealing with the fact that the set I put on my wifes car was going out and that the owners of Xenon was no help to the point that they were laughing at me and insulting me. They were telling me there was a $20 handling fee PER bulb but they could not show me anywhere on their site that showed this. UPDATE: Now the set that is on my truck has went out the same way. I have also gave up and put standard bulbs back in my wifes car and I guess I am going to do the same for my truck. This company sells cheap products, warranty is not as advertised and the people (owners) you have to deal with will cuss at you if you press them hard enough. They like to hide behind the keyboard.
First right off the bat one of the low beams started to flicker as tho some of the LEDs located around the bulb was going out. It would flicker from normal brightness to very DIM. Over the past 3 months it got worse until the 4th month it completely went out and stayed DIM. I contact them about a replacement and they said I would have to pay $20 for shipping and they said it was in their TERMS. It is no where in their terms that it states this and I told them I would gladly pay it if they could tell me where to look for that. They could not, all he did was ignore the request and told me that he no longer could help me and basically told me to fuck off. His name is Kevin btw. I am going to rip all this crap off my can and throw in the trash before I give them another dime.
I was sent the wrong product. The headlight would not fit the holder and it could not be adapted. The professional installer said there was no way to use the kit due to the heat from the light melting the holder. Xenon Pro uses a call center for ordering. You must use online chat to resolve returns. I was sent a RMA and a Canada address, told I must use FEDX only. It cost me $30.41 return shipping. The company kept $15 of my original purchase price also. Long story short I have been ripped off $45.41 by a company that sent the wrong merchandise. They refuse to accept responsibility, say I could have gotten an adapted from the installer!
On May 17 2018 I spent $143 on two bulbs for my car. They stopped working, so I have been trying to contact the company on their Chat Live Support website. There is no response. I emailed and there is no response, I called and there is no response. Avoid like the plague
They advertise that their bulb fit plug and play but they do not. The locking ring for the LED's they said on their site fit my Hummer H2 but the locking ring will not fit over the fan. This was the response I received. See photo.
I got LED lights from xenonpro. First of all the lights are pretty dim. Once I decided to send them back they instructed me that I only can send it back via FedEx. This is absolutely ridicules that I received the bulbs via Canada Post and I have to ship it back with FedEx. When I contacted their online support the guy was super rude and snappy. Unbelievable! Also, be mindful of the currency they charge you. I bought it from Canada and paid with a Canadian credit card and they shipped it from Montreal so I found this pretty dodgy that I got charged in USD. Please stay away from this company and save yourself a massive trouble.
If you call the phone number, you are directed to the "live chat" box on the web site. If you send an e-mail, you are directed to the live chat box on the web site. If you use the live chat box, the people are ill-informed, unable and/or unwilling to answer simple questions and rude. No resolution to my problem at all.
When I installed their headlight kit the plugs do not snap together to form a water tight seal like the factory connections. Dave L. Insists that the problem is with my truck, funny that I didn't have that problem with my factory headlights. I had to use grease on the wiring terminals and alot of electrical tape to keep the connections together and prevent water from getting in. The plugs on the anti-flicker component snap together to form a watertight seal like they're supposed to. You shouldn't have to grease and tape on a product to make it work properly, especially when they tell you that all you have to do is plug everything together and you're done.
These guys are shady. I bought a set of hid fog lights that are supposed to be plug and play I went to install them and the relay harness is 2 metal pins that you plug into the factory harness and have to use electrical tape to hold them in. They AREN'T a proper harness for the factory lights I ask them how to install them they say use electrical tape that's not an appropriate method at all and will eventually have corrosion to the factory harness. They did say they are going to take them back but are going to charge me a restock fee. I suggest staying away from these guys.
Ordered a full front set of lights and received them very quickly. Had a hiccup with the high beams and contacted customer service, they were very quick and professional and were very apologetic about the mixup and sent me a fresh set the same day. Very impressed with this company and the HID/LED lights i purchased are very high quality and a massive upgrade to the lights i was using prior. Will definitely order from this company again when upgrade time comes for my other vehicles! Thank you again for your responsiveness and professionalism.

I bought the hid 2 months ago one of my fog lights is burned out and the other ballest melted o and forgot to mention that there lifetime warranty isn't free all you have to do is pay shipping because Allan and Dale both told me that it's a warranty fee and claims your paying shipping theybsent me what it says on there website it clearly says shipping cost nothing about warranty fee because I told them instead of paying 39.99 can I buy there high beams to get free shipping for 129 and they can throw my fogs in with them so I'm not paying 39.99 for nothing and they said no because it was a warranty fee Update still haven't had anybody contact me about the problem and I don't want to talk to Dale or Allan because there ignorant the 39.99 shipping fee is reallty a warranty fee and says on there website shipping fee nothing about warranty Allan tried to say its no different then paying taxes and not knowing where your taxes go

I received my order only to discover it is incorrect. I have made numerous attempts to contact xenonpro with no response.
I have been trying to make contact for a month now, this means I will have to eat nearly $600. Worth bulbs.
Ordered bulbs for my car after making sure that the bulbs would fit in my vehicle based on XenonPro's representation. I order the bulbs - but they DO NOT FIT! They are about 3/4" too long. Customer service says "we advise customers to check their applications prior to purchasing". I rely on YOU, XenonPro, to tell me if the bulbs will fit. YOU know the size of your bulbs, I don't! Then they say you may have to buy other parts or go to a Performance Shop to install the lights - That's ridiculous! Then to return - it cost me more than $25 out of pocket to return since I am shipping to Canada! Very disappointed that the company says the bulbs will fit - and THEY DON'T FIT! (they did refund my purchase... but not my return shipping cost)

I ordered a set of lights for my 2015 silverado, the install was quite simple just follow the instructions alot easier than I thought it would be. When I went to install my fog lights tho I couldn't get one side to clip and eventually the clip actually ended up breaking. I chatted with a representative from the company gave him my information and showed him the damage and he immediately ordered me a new set of bulbs and told me to not even worry about sending the old ones back truly the easiest exchange process I've had. Amazing customer service.

So I ordered a pair of HID headlights from Xenonpro. But the capacitor wasn't working. I contacted the customer service and Dale P from the live chat support was very quick and friendly. He did send me a new capacitor for free. I will recommend xenonpro for everyone f they are looking for good quality headlights.
I used the vehicle fitment finder on the XenonPro website to find the correct size LED headlights for my car. It said that their H11 LED bulbs would fit my 2014 Nissan Sentra. When the product arrived 7 business days later I was very disappointed to find out that in fact the bulbs did not come close to fitting my vehicle. While the tip of the bulb does partially go into the hole, the bulb will not slide all the way in. It brings up before the twist-lock threads can be engaged. When you have to return a product that doesn't fit because of their inaccurate information you end up having to pay a re-stocking fee in order to get a refund. The cost of my initial order was $210 Canadian and my refund was only $180. The return shipping cost me another $20 so that meant the whole process was a $50 loss for me. Don't waste your money at this company.
Hi Rod, thanks for your feedback. LED bulbs are bigger than standard halogen bulbs and we do have one of the slimmest bulbs on the market. Our bulbs seal off your headlight so putting back the dust cap on is not necessary and in fact not recommend as it may choke the cooling fan. As for returns, it should not cost more than $10-$15 if the return instructions are followed properly. One of our managers will call you to follow up on your order. After contacting "Xenon Pro", it was recommended I buy an LED build kit for my projector lights. After about 1 month of unsatisfactory night lighting I contacted "Xenon Pro" again. This time I was told LED are no good for projector lights, I need HID. I got the HID kit, after about 2 weeks nighttime lighting was just as worthless as the LED bulbs. "Xenon Pro", in my opinion only cares about making a sale. Clueless about the proper retainer clips needed or install proceedure, let alone how DANGEROUS their lights are! Their answer is to go to a Auto Tuning Specialist, as if it's not their problem. I spent over $410, they refunded me $74.85.

Bought lo and hi beam LEDs from this company for a 2008 Trailblazer. Received them in a week (not 2 days). Once I got them, they didn't fit properly into the stock housing. The LED hi beam would twist into the housing but wouldn't lock. The LED lo beams I received didn't fit at all into the stock housing. Working on a return/refund currently but customer service is nonexistent. Do NOT recommend this product.
I had to make a few modifications to the headlights to get the bulb to fit on a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. The bulbs were a little fat to seat properly at the angle they needed to go in but easy work. Bulbs are bright and work as expected.

They claim that the products they sell have a lifetime warranty. When you try to take action with the warranty, you are not allowed to actually SPEAK with someone, you can only go to livechat/type, they state to you that warranty no longer applies. And then they simply stop responding to you.
I order a kit of Hid lights through this website it came fast through federal express when I open the package all the lights were broken I have to ship them back and I had to pay for shipment so I don't recommend this website to anyone it's not legit. Do not waste your time OK now

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.

Seeing that you had multiple occasions where your connections became corroded, we suspect you may have some kind of leak in your vehicle. Water/moisture and electrical components do not mix well together, no matter how tight the connection is. In these instances, we strongly recommend to find the source of the leak and patch it up and in the meantime, to use some electrical tape to insolate the connection.
