Purchased a set of high and low beam HID lamps for my truck after chatting with them to be sure there would not be a heat issue. After 4 days of them being installed both lamp assemblies started to deform due to the heat. Contacted support via the chat and was told there was nothing that could be done other than to replace them with another set. I decided to purchase the LED set which lasted a while. One of them went out earlier this year. Contacted support and the had to have the order information to do a warranty claim. It took several days to find the email from several years ago. They sent the replacements. I already had bulbs in place to get by so I was not in a rush to get them put in. Get them put in after a few months and found that they do not fit correctly, they do not stop at the locking tab, and one of them doesn't work. Electrical is good and the bulb is faulty. Contacted support and they refused to replace them without charging the $40 shipping fee again. After being told that I am not replacing the correct bulb to being told the locking tab came unglued to the wrong bulb was sent I decided this just isn't worth the hassle with this company anymore. I ship parts all over the country and $40 to send the box of light bulbs is an overcharge for "shipping". It would be helpful to make this right.
