I have been buying from TMART for about 9 months now and I have to say I find them great, every thing I bought was as described. One item was broken on arrival I emailed customer service and reported it as broken on arrival, they refunded me the full amount without me even asking for a refund or asking me to return the product. Yes they send you emails of the latest deals and I look forward to receiving them, it is how they do their business, buy with confidence, Michael.

This is just a Chinese flea market, much of the stuff is cheap but low quality, and delivery is tentative. I've ordered a couple of times from them and the result has been the same both times, the quality didn't match the description, it took weeks to receive my order, or I never got the item. I had a couple of items so poorly made, that I tossed them in the trash right after opening the box. When I contacted them, you get responses in broken english and they ultimately put the onus to prove that you never received your order on you. Their shipment tracking is some odd Asian company, it's either in Chinese or it makes no sense. I strongly advise not risking your money, if you do, fortunately the stuff is cheap. When you find out you're not going to get what you paid for, you haven't lost enough to lose sleep over, just write a review and warn others. That's the only consolation.

Extortionists.

Tmart got my address wrong on an order, so the item was returned to them. Upon inquiring, I was told I had to either pay again for shipping, or I could get an 80% refund. I told them that this was completely unacceptable, but the logic fell on deaf ears. I will never use this site again as I don't care for extortionists.

Poor service
February 23, 2018

2 Orders for these head lights were placed on 10 & 12 of Jan. Today's is day 43 no product yet. Customer service says they are out of stock BUT I see them still advertised.
Now I read there is no charger with product for rechargeable batteries and AA's or AAA's don't fit. If this is true what is the solution.
Maybe getting my $ back and shopping elsewhere is the smart answer.

I have been shopping T-Mart and lately they have had some fantastic deals. When shopping from China Warehouse, I always pay the small fee for insurance. I also order from the New York Warehouse. Great service from both of them.
I have ordered all my solar powered, motion lights around my house for a fraction of the price. I also ordered the Zoom Flashlight that is so great, that I ordered for my Sister and daughter and they love them for walking their dogs.
The China Warehouse was out of stock for 2 items, so they promptly refunded my money so I could reorder something else. Their customer service was just super. The rep I was dealing with was named Belly, really nice person.
I recommend T-Mart shopping.

Completely awful. They sell cheep crap that does not work at all or works for a week and breaks. If you want a gag gift or something that does not need to work longfor the fun of it. Just plan on one to two months to get it. For example, I bought an activity monitor for about $12. The broken English on both the watch and app was amusing. It seemed to take accurate blood pressure and monitored steps fairly well but the app was always glitchy. After about 10 days it would no longer take vitals and said to make sure have right to wear. Never worked right again.

They're ok

I've received products in great condition and some not so great. For ex, i ordered wireless bluetooth earphones... worked good for one week, (left side went out). Then ordered laptop cord, but they sent the wrong item. Instead of returning cord and waiting 6 months. Lol... i fixed/modified it myself. Overall. 3star

Inefficient record keeping

Tmart has responded promptly to my complaints, but they never seem able to find record of my order.? I have submitted that info twice, and here again, in their response in Sitejabber, they are asking for it a third time. I think I have found the batteries locally. My complaint remains product does not meet the product as they describe it. It is an awesome looking product, have yet to be able to see if it works. Awaiting other parts.

False and misleading ads

Purchased a rechargeable headlight system. Looks well made. But they avoid telling you it does not come with batteries or a recharging adapter. There are no instructions in the box. I wrote and they got back to me promptly saying the batteries are available on their website. The battery holder is too big for AAA, AA. Still nothing about an adapter to charge. Took me 7 weeks and second part of order has still not arrived. You can return it, to China. Postage isnt worth it. Shop anywhere else, not here.

I purchase a item on day 13 of december i payd 10,85 for express delivery as in the tmart cart it says the product will take beetwen 2 to 7 days to arrive after 5 days i talk with csutomer support and they told me the product it have not been dispached, i talk again and in day 19 they told me ot was posted i talk with dhl and they told me the tracking code said the label was printed but the product was not posted, the product was finnaly posted o day 22 and arived on day 27... when i used for the first time the product just dont work... i bought a 38 pounds smart computer who stays on reboots, the boxs looks used i contact tmart and i send a video day 27 and until now i didnt get an answer after two weeks. *******ATPDFJ

Ordered an item, a week after the price went down, and they won't refund the difference. Customer service does not care, nor does the company. Shipping was not too bad but you do not know when to hit order, as the price keeps changing, and if you order at a wrong time, then you are out of luck because they would not refund you the difference. Clogs your email too with too many promotional emails.

Don't buy from them

I ordered a product in October and was delivered in December. When the product arrived it was opened and box was extremely damaged. I had to tape it back together. In addition it was the wrong toy.

I ordered and paid for 2 sets of six Fingerlings on October 24th ($171). On Nov 1st, I contacted them as there was no movement on the items. I was assured they would be delivered to me by November 11th. Contacted them again on the 12th, assured I would receive by the 20th. Contacted on 21st, advised there was a stock shortage but it should be resolved and sent out by 29th. Contacted on 29th and told they could provide different colours and they would be sent out. Today received an email saying they can only send out two at a time and not until after Christmas - mind you at this point they have had my money for 6 weeks. I have opened a case with Paypal to hopefully at least get my money back so I can find alternative gifts. Would never recommend. Deceptive and terrible customer service.
