Tmart has responded promptly to my complaints, but they never seem able to find record of my order.? I have submitted that info twice, and here again, in their response in Sitejabber, they are asking for it a third time. I think I have found the batteries locally. My complaint remains product does not meet the product as they describe it. It is an awesome looking product, have yet to be able to see if it works. Awaiting other parts.
