Quality of the products is varied. Some things are actually good copies of brands, but everything is made in taiwan, china, india, thailand ect.
Overall a great store for those who wants to buy stuff at a low price, and don't expect a high quality product.
Yet another china-based web-site full of incompetent middlemen and bunch of lairs.
Don't waste your time and money. If you do, before buying any item - send them email asking if they have this particular item in stock. Otherwise you're destined to get a pile of meaningless emails and will wait who knows how long.
Just hit the "refund" button and leave.
Or better - don't even try to deal with this web-site. Most likely you will end up with "crap" item or empty-handed.

I received my parcel after 2 weeks of placing my order. It was safely packed in a bubble wrap envelope.Its costs only $6.32 (currently on offer at half price!
Overall, I had a great experience shopping with them.
I had my doubts about this place even before buying, so I decided to give it a try with a very small order (a replacement battery for a laptop) because they offered the best price and no shipping charges. I even paid the extra tracking fee.
Big mistake! It was evident very soon that the tracking fee is totally worthless. Customer Support is almost like an automated system which only answers "It's a pleasure to serve you, you will get your items soon, we hope to hear from you again". Two months later I still didn't get my shipment. Fortunately I had paid with Paypal and opened a controversy to get my money back.

I ordered a pen at my home where I have lived for 27 years. Per their response, they sent it to the wrong zip, and now want me to pay an additional $3 to reship. I'm not that stupid. However, for the purpose of a lifetime of amusement, I would love to hear their explanation of why customers should be held responsible for the company's mistakes (presuming the whole story isn't bogus from the start). If the explanation is any good, maybe I could use it to get someone else to pay for my parking tickets. Parking tickets cost more than $100 in NYC.
I ordered my items 5 weeks ago and have not received anything! I should have read the reviews before... I sent them emails asking them were my package is... all the do is send me a stupid link to try n track my order only to find out it says invalid number doesn't exist. They say wait patiently. Honestly waiting 5 weeks isn't being patient? Are they nuts... who wants to wait 45 days to get their stuff! Ridiculous!
Almost thirty days have gone by and NO package! They said I should wait patiently and call my neighbours and post office to see if it's there. Seriously, they said these exact words. Never buying from this site again. Escalating my charges with paypal as Tmart is incompetent with refunds.
I ordered three items. Received them all, but the Bluetooth speak was be sent wrong color, but fortunately I also liked this red.
Tmart is a great site to make purchases. It 'everything, even items not found in local markets. The customer service is majestic and always responds to requests.
Horrid! I bought two rechargeable iPhone cases and they took 2 months to arrive when it suggested one-two weeks. When I received them, one was scuffed/damaged and the other has been irregular as far as reliable goes. Upon requesting assistance through customer service, they send generic emails asking redundant questions and failing to spell/grammar check -- unprofessional. Seriously, run the other way.
Tried to get replacement per companies 180 day warranty. Customer Service continually said was out of warranty, ignoring the difference in the purchase vs ship date (which their own policy stated clearly was the start of the 180 day warranty). After 5 exchanges and several hours, finally told replacement was approved and I should received in 30-45 days (vs 5 days for original item). Approval was just completed so I must wait - but I still have doubts I'll even receive it.
Also, don't believe the overly positive ratings. I tried posting a negative rating for this product and it was "never approval". Figures..

Bought a mobile phone from Tmart 9 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. What a farce! I am so angry right now about how this is being handled by the company I can hardly get my thoughts together to complete this review... so I'm going to have a nice cup of tea... breath deeply, relax and write a full review later this evening.
I bought a controller from this seller, it arrived damaged, and didn't work. When I tried to send it back, they wanted a photo of my ID and Credit Card, shady much? If you're going to buy something from these sellers (which I don't recommend) pay with paypal. Also, if you think their response shows they care about their feedback, it doesn't. It's the same canned response over and over again.
EDIT: Wow look who responded! Amazing, right? For sure not some canned response they send everyone... Right?

I have weaknesses for cute looking mugs. So if I find some cute mugs anywhere, I get tempted to buy them! I was browsing through this online shopping website called tmart.com and found these cute mugs for 6.89$ each. This site does free international shipping which is always good but I was kind of disappointed with their packaging method. Delivery time, it took 9 days to reach me through postal service. Delivery timing wise I was impressed since usually international mails takes 14-25 days to reach here in India where I live.
Before shopping at different stores until I found Tmart.com and really have surprised me for its agility, customer care and kindness, as well as efficiency.
Highly recommended. Items arrive quickly and in perfect condition... but if one does not get well, you look for a quick solution, in my case they sent me quickly the damaged piece at no cost.
I am disgusted with tmart. They sent my order late, and then it is FEDEX SMARTPOST, which switches it to USPS on the last day instead of delivering it to me on the last day in this area. It's in local post office likely sometime tonight. But closed on MLK day, Monday. I don't like Fedex anyway, they are terrible when going there to ship something, they have delivered packages for me to someone 1.5 miles away. And to my neighbor next door! They SUCK. Now, I'm done with TMART, Unsubscribed to all emails. I ordered this 1/9/19, not due until 1/22/19, and coming from a warehouse in USA. But on east coast. Sending by ground across USA.

I should have read these reviews first, but found a specialty item for my scooter. So, I tested them with a product under $2.00. After about 3 weeks when still no delivery, I emailed them and was told there was no tracking, and I might have to wait 30-45 day! It is now day 42, but still I have received nothing. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card. I believe this is a crooked Asia business. I am going to also report them to the Better Business Bureau. I would NOT have ordered something that takes 45 days to ship especially when eBay sellers can deliver from Asian in less than 2 weeks!
I have purchased many items from tmart over the past few months. They are all good quality. Only one item has not arrived and after waiting 2 months I advised tmart who promptly replaced it. I’m very impressed with the prompt customer service they provide, it gives me the confidence to keep on dealing with them.
Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I thought it was an American company because of some of the references on their website but I believe it's actually a Chinese company. The product I received was awful and the service after was the worst I have ever experienced. To be fair I have no one to blame but myself. When you order products for a fifth of the price of other sites plus free delivery you know deep down inside it's too good to be true and of course it is. I love the clearly false reviews that have been posted by the company themselves as having dealt with them any customer giving them more then one star is not genuine. Avoid at all costs and spread the word so we can warn others.
This is just a Chinese flea market, much of the stuff is cheap but low quality, and delivery is tentative. I've ordered a couple of times from them and the result has been the same both times, the quality didn't match the description, it took weeks to receive my order, or I never got the item. I had a couple of items so poorly made, that I tossed them in the trash right after opening the box. When I contacted them, you get responses in broken english and they ultimately put the onus to prove that you never received your order on you. Their shipment tracking is some odd Asian company, it's either in Chinese or it makes no sense. I strongly advise not risking your money, if you do, fortunately the stuff is cheap. When you find out you're not going to get what you paid for, you haven't lost enough to lose sleep over, just write a review and warn others. That's the only consolation.

Silly me should have read the reviews - free shipping worldwide! Didn't realise the company was in China. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Fortunately I only ordered a small item, so will expect it when I see it.
Answer: Try your hardest to resolve the problem. If you ordered through a site such as Amazon make a complaint so the company (Tmart) will know along with other potential buyers. In the future never order from this company - in a word they suck
Answer: Stay away from Tmart, as far as you can!... if you want to have nice days. I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
