They are $#*! and a scam. If you're lucky enough to actually get the item that you ordered, I can guarantee that it will be in the cheapest quality possible. Or it may not even work at all :) or you might be like me and end up waiting for the damn thing for 3 months and still wont get here. Dont waste your money on this. Safe to say i will never use this site again.

Zero customer support when issues arise. No calls back and no email responses either. Very wary about whether or not our order will arrive. Perhaps the money they are saving on lack of customer service, allows tmart to give the consumer a better price on goods. Now we wait to see whether our order arrives...

Please I beg of you DO NOT buy from TMart horrible customer service, atrocious shipping time, and you don't have anybody to talk to no live person to call... only allowed chatting or by email. I bought something minor no more than $11 and it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get my stuff. Oh yeah and they say on the website 2 day shipping false do not believe it..

Recently I got my makeup sets from tmart.com, I waited 15 days it is too long for me, Nevertheless, when I first opened the makeup bag, I am quite impressed by the amount of brushes included in it, They are very soft and fluffy, especially the big fan face brush! I like them, thank you

Tmart sent me a message after i posted my review regarding their disappointing services and i contacted them as i was ask to but up till now i still haven't gotten any response from them. The phone is not real and their email, no reply.
Don't fall for their tricks cos they are full of lies. Ove 4 months now still haven't gotten either my order nor my money.

I ordered some memory sticks from TMart, the quoted delivery time was 3-15 business days. When I queried when I was likely to get my goods they then told me to be patient and it would be 30-45 days - completely unacceptable. I am now going through the Paypal dispute procedures. Unusually for me, I didn't read company reviews before ordering. I will never make that mistake again.

I choose bought 12 pcs makeup brush set from their professional makeup brushes sets because it was so cheap.

Pros:
The website has a range of products which are difficult to find in India: like multiple shaped fake eyelashes, affordable brush sets, etc.
The Brushes are super soft and skin friendly

I made wrong purchase and they only sent me 80% refund. 20% restocking fee is a little high. Although the item was shipped from outside of the country, it arrived within a reasonable time period, but keep the distance and time in mind.

I ordered an inexpensive item over two months ago which I have still not received. After numerous e-mails the company apparently are unable to track the order? Wait another 30-45 days they say? The last e-mail we were advised to contact the post office to find out where the parcel was? Why? Not up to us. We have requested a refund and still nothing. This company is not legit. I am going to take this further & report them.

I have purchased a number of items from Tmart and find their online ordering system very easy to use. On most occasions my orders arrived within six weeks. My most recent order did not arrive as expected, but I received prompt and courteous support from customer service when I advised them that it had not been delivered to my address. The order was sent again and arrived with four weeks of the second despatch.

I would’ve never gotten a tablet if not for this website called Tmart.com which I recently discovered. I was a bit skeptical at first, because it was a Chinese supplier. I get my clothes and accessories from China sometimes, but the electronics I thought were a bit more risky. Anyway, I got it in the mail faster than expected from an overseas store and works just fine! I like this shopping. Tmart also offer free shipping.

Tmart offers lots of electronic gadgets with cheap price, and the best feature is that it everything ships free worldwide. But recently I bought a RC Helicopter for my kid as gift, but quality is not the best.
