I have been a customer of tmart since 2012 - overall, I've bought roughly 10+ items in this period.
Tmart.com prices are very competitive. Delivery usually takes 2 - 3 weeks, but that is to be expected for a given price (free shipment!).
I always bought some tiny stuffs on this site, including one waterproof cell phone case and bracelet, etc. Luckily, they work well. I send the bracelet which can measure heart rate to my grandpa, and he loves it. Thanks Tmart. Loving u...

This website has very shady customer support particularly when you received the wrong product, They either did not follow-up with the request for return or just simply insisted the product will work even though it obviously doesn't. I eventually had to file a dispute through my payment channel in order to get a refund
I am very impressed with this site. Over the last two years I must have ordered at least 100 products from inexpensive electronics, light bulbs, Iphone batteries, cases and cables, clothing, house furnishings, etc etc. Only one item has been in anyway way defective - a very cheap plug was loose and was not worth complaining about. Delivery is slow - but who cares at those prices? If an item is out of stock I am told and asked if I want my money back or if I will wait. Courtesy and service every time.
Have purchased many items from this company over the years. I have to use them sometimes, though reluctantly, because they have some items that I really need that I can't find elsewhere. Here is my experience, Slow shipping times on 80% of the orders. Even though they provide tracking numbers, it will not actually ship out until 3-4 days later, then by slow DHL... When you finally do get the items approximately 20-30% don't work. Trying to return them is a lot of hassle. They're agents are all in china so you'll get broken english generic replies to everything.
I have nothing against China sellers, I've dealt with many great ones. However this company really makes them look bad.
They sell online under a lot of different names. This the company that makes people not want to buy online anymore.

If have purchased these types of controllers from other sources; this product is exactly the same, but on Tmart you will get a much better price, we can see they offer very cheap price online. These items were received as promised and they work with the game system I use.

Less than a star is: I wait 20 days to arrival
I received this fragile-looking parcel, but the interior is actually lined with bubble wrap that serves as cushion for the item. The actual product looks very dainty, light, and handy. It comes in 2 different color choices – white and blue, with an all steel display panel. The digits are big enough even for people with bad eyes like me.
I ordered some merchandise for $5, and they started charging my account without my permission.
A person keeps responding with, "You mean someone stole your card", "Your product was already shipped, wait until it arrives and send it back."
As of now they have successfully charged my account once, and my bank helped me with fraud and scam alerts.
Do not buy anything from this site. Stay with reliable sites, you know who they are. China does not have oversight on their online fraudsters.

2 Orders for these head lights were placed on 10 & 12 of Jan. Today's is day 43 no product yet. Customer service says they are out of stock BUT I see them still advertised.
Now I read there is no charger with product for rechargeable batteries and AA's or AAA's don't fit. If this is true what is the solution.
Maybe getting my $ back and shopping elsewhere is the smart answer.

So I bought a relatively cheap 360 controller in late November and paid around £8 odds for it. The price was ideal but the delivery times were terrible, plus when I received the item it didn't even work! Now trying to contact them with a complaint their best course of action is leaving an email and they plan to get back within a day. After my email I got back telling me to clean the USB ports and try in another xbox they ignored the request for a return address. Just avoid this company completely, not worth the hassle.

I purchased 2 of their iPhone 5 car chargers because of the price. I think they were close to $2.50 separately. I should have known it was too good to be true. They eventually stopped working after a couple of weeks and their customer service department didn't help either. They ask for all of this information that I threw away (packaging and box) once I received the product. Not that it's a big deal, but their grammar and language is often hard to understand and it's really not worth the time that you have to deal with them. You're better safe with a well trusted company. Take my advice and don't waste your time or money, no matter how cheap it may seem.
I am well impressed with not only the flash drive but also the service. Ordered, processed, shipped and arrived in less than a week. A happy man utd fan from Wales will definately buy from here again.
I've received LED Wrist Watch(cost $4.44)and Tablet PC Leather Case(cost $6.90) from tmart when Yesterday, they have always been on time and delivered by a friendly courier. Despite the terrible rain, he knocked loudly enough for me to hear and also gave me enough time to get to the door.

The items were in packing status for about a month, instead of having shipped within 7 days as advertised. I contacted them and received the items in the next few days, so they must have been shipped prior to that, I'll never know. Good price, good quality also, in fact better than expected, works well, finally i'm happy with this purchase, as almost always with TMart.
I ordered a soft "cloth" tape measure from these folks, planning to use it for sewing: pretty simple, you'd think. To begin with, it is not cloth, but plastic (which I'd sort of expected); but much worse, the English measure side is 130% inaccurate: my 31" waist measures 24" on this tape! For whatever reason, the metric side is correct, so for $2.72 - including shipping - I got half an incorrectly described product which took several weeks to be delivered. I certainly won't EVER again order anything from these folks!
If there is zero star option that would be my choice. This is a total scam. Buyers be aware... they don't ship your order but send you invalid tracking numbers. When you ask why you can't track it they tell you the site is under maintenance. As far that is concerned the darn thing has been "under maintenance" for weeks on time. My order was placed month ago, still can't track it, they tell me to be patient and wait for another 45 days. Customer service people are pathological liars.
I ordered a smart fitness watch which arrived without software. They were unable to supply English software or a software link. I have spent hours trying to get a refund. Now they tell me I have to send the item back first and pay the postage. Their policies and customer service are a joke. I have spent at least 4 hours with their stupid "live" customer service and got nowhere. Now I have to wait 12 hours to get details, by email, of how to go about sending the item back. This is the 5th or 6th request where they have promised to send me details by emails. Never even 1 reply. No long term business understanding whatsoever. Abysmal. Why do they not have a simple email for disputes?

Answer: Stay away from Tmart, as far as you can!... if you want to have nice days. I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
