The company exhibits a mixed reputation, with some customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases and the quality of products received. However, a significant number of reviews highlight serious concerns regarding customer service, including long shipping delays, inadequate support for faulty products, and issues with returns and refunds. Many customers reported feeling frustrated by unresponsive service and a lack of accountability when problems arose. This suggests a need for the company to enhance its customer service practices and address operational inefficiencies to improve overall customer satisfaction and trust.

Scam company please don't use
They take you money and to get its back you will get customer services emailing you asking for the same thing every month without resolution
There is a reason why they don't publish phone numbers easily because it's a scam
If you want your hard earned money washed away give it a go
Watchshop if I am wrong in the above please call and message to resolve and I will personally put an apology on this thread but everyone else if I don't then you know I am right
I purchased Marathon watch from WatchShop. Paid over £700, the watch was advertised as a brand new one.I received clearly used watch with unscrewed crown and the original Marathon box was broken and stained with coffee. My assumption is someone had returned this watch and WhatchShop resold it as a new one. The box had totally broken hinges and had a big dent. WhatchShop returned money after my email but did not even offered to reimburse postage cost or some additional compensation for wasting my time. Now they promised to refund postage costs but I'm yet to receive any money from them. Reviews on trustpilot are mainly positive one but if you read some reviews online on independent forums, there are lots of customers conned by WatchShop in a similar way. WhatShop seems to be sending quite a few used/ broken watches which they advertised as brand new ones. This seems to be some sort of scam they run. Really disappointing.
I bought a watch from them which just did not do what it promised, it was a solar powered watch which did not charge enough to last through the night, so was dead by morning, ie NO USE!
We sen it back at our expense tk then have it returned and the box was torn and battered. Now it is radio silence!
I ordered an automatic watch from them. When it arrived I noticed that it ran too fast, 10 minutes per every hour. Therefore, I sent the watch back to them as faulty. At first they sent the email that they had not received the watch! When I sent them confirmation from royalmail they found it after a week, and told me to wait as they had to test it. After two weeks, in response to my email, they inform me that they had tested it and found no defects and that they could send it back to me. They do everything to not send you a refund! Now I am taking the case to court. This is my last purchase from watch shop, never again!
Won't refund a watch my wife bought me as a Xmas present even though it was never worn or taken out of the original packaging
I've bought watches from them them was faulty but didn't fix it until now. I'm still waiting may watch since last year can imagine.
Not happy at all
Partner brought a engagement ring from her, site claims it's 925 silver BUT is badly damaged and the silver lining in the back is discoloured AND dirty between the fake diamonds...paid £188 in total for the ring(£180 for the ring itself £8 p&p) for the Thomas Sabo trilogy ring...for the money paid you'd expect a brand new ring not a discoloured ring that looks like it was worn for a time then returned then sold on...
No support on 2 month old faulty watch.
Rotary Tradition bought but faulty after 2 months. Contacted Watchshop for support (cut off twice before I could speak to anyone) but was simply told to take the issue up with the manufacturer as "they don't do repairs". No empathy help or advice. I don't want a repair, i expect a replacement after just 2 months. Rotary support only open for limited hours so will have to wait until their office is open. I certainly will not use Watchshop again, and won't buy another Rotary watch. This was to replace my previous Rotary watch but at least that one lasted 2 years.

DO NOT purchase from watchshop! Bought watch 249.04 2 year guarantee but would not fix fault! DISGUSTING! Emailed so many times to resolve STILL NOT RESOLVED! KEEP AWAY from this company
Cancellation of order with imaginary reason "technical problems" on 27th December, still didn't get my money back, contact with shop is a disaster, they answering one for 5 emails.
Fraud website nothing received.
Website with Https secured.
Not answer to emails.
A fraud website side.
Bought womens watch fossil For 179.00 attached to watch was a price tag for 110.00 when I saw this I checked other Webb sites and average price for this watch was 110.00 wrote to customer service several time and get the same response looking into it but never getting back to you bad company
They say it was returned bent and scratched. They won't refund you. An absolute scam. Believe the other reviews, just don't buy from them.
Ordered a watch. While they charged my card immediately 10 days later the order still didn't shipped. Went to cancel and was charged an 8% cancellation fee. Utterly absurd. This is not a reputable company. Stay away from this 2 bit operation.
I bought a watch from Watchshop and I have to admit that from purchase to delivery everything was absolutely faultless. However, when it comes to Watchshop's false claim that they will price match any offer made by another retailer, well that claim just isn't true.
I found the exact same watch for a cheaper price at Ernest Jones.
I contacted Watchshop who initially confirmed that if the the watch was the same model and it wasn't secondhand or from Ebay that they would match the price. So when I informed them it was from Ernest Jones I considered that they would uphold their price match claim. After all this wasn't some Mickey Mouse operation, this was Ernest Jones, the high street giant selling the same item cheaper.
Alas No! And to top it all, No reason was given for not fulfilling their obligation, I suppose a letter to Trading Standards is required.
Item was damaged and tacky. No ownership taken by the company. The bracelet arrived lose in the box with no protective packaging. Owned for less that 30 days. No refund given, instead was sent back to me in the same poor packaging sounding like a box of screws.
Will be advising peers not to waste time/money at the Watch Shop.
If you buy something as a gift make sure to INSPECT IT with in the time frame they allow or they will refuse to refund. Never have I had to inspect items before wrapping them up as presents!
Ordered what was supposed to be 2 palats of Transformer returns from Amazon. I paid $50 each. What I got were 3 Chinese super cheap rip offs not worth $10. Leason learned, if its to good to be true it probably is.
I had the same standard response as a previous review on here. Their email is set as no reply so you can't challenge their decision. I wanted a ladies Citizen watch which was ‘reduced' to £113. Argos had the same watch on offer at £69.99, they refused to match. Argos gain and last time I bother with this company.
I took a long time looking at the watches on sale. I selected the Casio Gold G Shock and was happy with my purchase. I then found out that they cancelled the order, with no word of a refund or any detail. Contacted customer service awaiting reply. Really useless.
In my opinion the customer service was brilliant, I had a problem with the charging contacts on my Diesel Axiel DTZ2017, they sorted it out promptly with no issues at all.
Answer: I have only bought from their shop in Reading, but received terrible aftersales service. Don't touch them; there are plenty of other suppliers.
Answer: They will not refund you your money. The only way I got it sorted was to get Visa involved. I also contacted Casio and suggested that the stop supply them.
Answer: Sorry. Unable to assist but looked it up, appears to be a very new website based in hongkong and may well be dodgy/some kind scam but not sure if honest.
