Can this site be trusted I've just bought a watch and now I'm worried after reading these reviews about damaged watches and seconds

I have only bought from their shop in Reading, but received terrible aftersales service. Don't touch them; there are plenty of other suppliers.

I had bought a watch from them before and everything was fine. They are only a problem is you receive a faulty watch, but the chances of that are small. But of you do get a damaged/faulty watch then that's where the problems start. This will disregard the law and do everything they can to delay things.

I totally agree with Stuart and Sebastien. They obviously suffered the same fate as I did by buying a dub watch from Watchshop. As for this site, I am new to it, but I totally trust it. I hope your watch does work, if it does not, then I am vdry sorry for you. Good luck.

Totally agree with Stuart. Nothing wrong with the website or delivery of the watch. It's just if it's damaged that they are appalling. Absolute disgrace / inexistent customer service or care! Hope yours turn up ok!

I don't think it's so much can this site be trusted, it's more can the watchshop be trusted.

Let's just hope that nothing happens to your watch as their return process and customer care after you have bought is very poor and aggressive.
