Can this site be trusted i've just bought a watch and now i'm worried after reading these reviews about damaged watches and seconds

Answer:

I have only bought from their shop in Reading, but received terrible aftersales service. Don't touch them; there are plenty of other suppliers.

Hi i made an order this morning for a omega watch but i can no get any reply from them, i've sent emails asking for a full refund but nothing

Answer:

They will not refund you your money. The only way I got it sorted was to get Visa involved. I also contacted Casio and suggested that the stop supply them.
