Answer:
I have only bought from their shop in Reading, but received terrible aftersales service. Don't touch them; there are plenty of other suppliers.

Hi I made an order this morning for a Omega watch but I can no get any reply from them, I've sent emails asking for a full refund but nothing

Answer:
They will not refund you your money. The only way I got it sorted was to get Visa involved. I also contacted Casio and suggested that the stop supply them.

Sorry. Unable to assist but looked it up, appears to be a very new website based in hongkong and may well be dodgy/some kind scam but not sure if honest.
