Hi I made an order this morning for a Omega watch but I can no get any reply from them, I've sent emails asking for a full refund but nothing

They will not refund you your money. The only way I got it sorted was to get Visa involved. I also contacted Casio and suggested that the stop supply them.

I ditto what Sebastien says, but I agree with Stuart that Watchshop is a nightmare if you have receive a dub watch from them. Good luck. I did not get a refund either!
