Worst experience with this seller ever. 3 day shipping guaranteed. I ordered on 3/18 after lost FedEx shipment and talking with supervisor Alex and his supervisor Jeremy I received my order on wed 3/27.
Alex promised me the second order would get here by Monday 3/25. When the second order wasn't updating jeremy told me he would call me back and after 72hrs and no call I called him and he acted like he didn't know who I was. Then he tells me there is nothing he can do and that we would have to wait. Terrible customer experience and Management making promises they didn't keep. 3 day shipping is a joke here.
They sold me a pool they did not even have in stock- took almost 3 weeks to refund our $2000 dollars, I had to spend many days and hours trying to locate the pool with the invalid tracking number. Good luck trying to get someone to answer at the company and once they do they try to just give you the run around! Do not waste your time ordering from them- luckily we were able to find a pool locally- my kids were so bummed once they heard we weren't able to locate the pool vm innovations sent to us! This company has a bad reputation for a reason!

I order I item, they shipped me 2. I had my invoice showing I only ordered 1 item. They charged me for 2 and when I returned the second item, they did not refund me the full amount of the second charge. Go somewhere else, they are crooks!
For July 4th pool was setting my pool until i found no box of pump and liner came. I have been back and forth with vm express and ebay about it. No one is helping me. Emails back and forth with this company and they want to give me $85. Dollars and return the pool and ladder. Are they crazy, If i only knew Never again. Im still fighting for my pump and liner. They are giving me a hard time when it shouldnt be this way. I asked for my missing parts or the value of my missing parts, i had to buy somewhere else. Since i had the pool up already. I need to escalate this situation to the fullest. Very frustrating. This company has to be reported to consumers dept.

I do not normally write reviews but seeing so many with issues I have to question them. Even though there were questionable reviews I went ahead and made what I consider a major purchase as the price was very good. That alone concerned me but I have to say everything went perfectly with 0 issues whatsoever. This was a large freight shipment that had me even more concerned arriving damaged but the boxes (2) arrived on a pallet and brought into my garage again with 0 issues. Maybe I'm lucky or others are not or looking to hurt this company IDK but my experience was positive and I would absolutely deal with again. Especially if a similar deal was offered on an item I was interested in. I ordered a freight shipment on Saturday January 4th and it was delivered perfectly on Wednesday January the 8th with updates on order status in between. You be the judge.

Terrible experience. I ordered two products they sent me one. They are refusing to acknowledge their mistake and after accusing me of lying they refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor and will not work with me at all. I am out $400.00 and they are laughing about it. I ordered two the box says one and they still insist they sent two. Dumbest people I have ever spoken too.

I order a 24x12 pool with the dealery date on Monday 12 2017 I got a email from vminnovations I'm so sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you. It appears our subtitle was incorrect on the listing, as freight items may take about 5-7 business days for delivery due to the size of the item overall. With that said, the item should fully ship today or tomorrow. It does take a bit longer for freight shipments to be prepped for shipment, and in turn sent out due to the size and logistics, but once it's available for delivery the freight company would call you to schedule an appointment to ensure someone would be there to sign for it. Vminnovations sells only refurbished items.Are they actuall refurbished? They maybe? Are cleaned up a little but, not refurbished. What do you call selling a refurbished chainsaw with the old spark plug. I call it NOT refurbished or reconditioned or rebuilt. Just a scam. Old stuff sold as refurbished but, NOT touched, Just sent out to mislead customers. Why are they still in business... Maybe Trump can get rid of all these phonys.
V M Express has horrible customer service. They sent us the incorrect product and REFUSED to exchange the item. When our order was received we were unable to check the fit due to the COVID lockdown. This caused us to contact VM Express a few days after the "30 day exchange period". This P. O. S. Company did nothing to assist us in exchanging the item for the correct item.

Horrible return policy and unwilling to work with customers on it. Thought I was ordering from walmart.com but turned out to be through this company. Found out that it came from this company when I tried to return the product to walmart. Unfortunately when the product was ordered the return policy was not made clear. We had ordered the product in advance as a birthday present and we was outside the return window before the item was ever gifted. If smaller companies are going to sell on sites like Walmart return policies should be made more clear because I like many people assume if I order on walmart.com I can return to walmart. Otherwise I would just google what I'm wanting and find the best price not go to what I did co sider a trusted site.

At this time, we will not be able to accept a return for this item. We do have our 30-day return policy very clearly stated on the listing and this item is now over 2 months outside of this time frame so we will be unwilling to make an exception. If there are issues with the item, I would advise reaching out to the manufacturer KidKraft as there is a 90-day warranty through them.
If you are not satisfied with this solution, I would advise reaching out to Walmart directly. They have worked with us to make sure that this 30-day return policy is clearly stated and if there was any exception to be made it would need to come from them.

I ordered a amplifier through a third party. The shipping directions stated one box. So when I get the one box I set an appointment to get it installed. After opening the box I noticed it did not have the wiring kit or capacitor that was supposed to come with it.
So I wasn't able to have it installed because of no wiring kit. I promptly sent the amp out for a refund and within. 2 days of them receiving it my money was refunded. That was greatly appreciated.

Sent me a confirmation that my order was received, and said they would send me another email when the item was shipped as well as delivered. They didn't do either, and my package was delivered the next night at 9:43 PM. In the pitch black when I was sleeping. No doorbell ring, no email focler me know it was on the way.
Whether the package was taken off of my step (because I had no knowledge it was there) or whether it was never delivered, the company refused to pay me back and gave me automatic responses to my emails.
WASTE OF MONEY.

I've got to give credit where credit is due. This company has totally impressed me. I ordered a Razor E325 scooter on Dec 20th, in the late afternoon. The website "promised" free 2-day shipping. I was highly skeptical, but placed my order, and it was indicated that I should expect the package on the 22nd. I'll be doggone if it didn't arrive in perfect condition on the 22nd! Not only was the price of the scooter better than the other places that I found it on, but it arrived in 2 days... for free. And it was a big, heavy box. Wow.
I recently made a purchase from VMInnovations through the Walmart.com site. I purchased a Hamilton Beach (product description on walmart website clearly states) Personal cup brewer- Automatic shutoff- Includes 18 pod starter bag of Senseo coffee and coupon. The Senseo coffee was missing, so I contacted VMInnovations. They stated that it does not come with the senseo coffee, but it clearly states on walmart.com that it does. Instead of the full bag of senseo, they enclosed a tiny 8 pack sample bag of EXPIRED Feb. 2015 Mellita. They refused to correct anything and basically said in so many words, too bad.
I don't see how anyone could give this company a good review! On May 15th, 2018 I purchased a Intex 14' x 42" Prism XL Frame Square Above Ground Swimming Pool Set with Pump, from Walmart.com via VMInovations. After paying to assure the site was properly prepared for the pool and purchasing chemicals, and filling the pool with water, within days the structure on the pool failed. I haven't even had a chance to use it and it fails! I contacted VMInovations about a refund and reimbursement for my output for this inferior product, and the response was as if were a criminal rather than a rightfully upset customer. They expect me to cut a 1 foot square out of the pool to "prove" I am not going to use it, then it is up to me to pay for the disposal of their 300 Lbs of plastic rubbish, as well as eat the cost of thousands of gallons of water, etc... They palm off a clearly inferior product on the unknowing consumer, and when they get called out on it, they act like we are the one in the wrong!
I ordered water slides for my grandkids. They arrived torn, ripped, broken, smelly, dirty and just downright disgusting. They said they would give me a refund. I only received a partial. Still fighting for the rest of my money. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE FRAUD!
