They have increased pool price points by over 300% since February 2020 and are taking advantage of the stay-at-home orders. Shame on this company.

Those guys are a big scammer
I bought a boss speaker system for my motorcycle boss amplifier with four speakers as soon as I install it it work fine 30 min after the amplifier got fried ( not working anymore)
I spent over 4 hours installing the speakers in my bike did alot of custome cut and fitting and after I found out its not working i contact them explain what happened and they said we r sorry we cant replace youer amplifier unless you send the all the parts wich is including the speakers that i sep y 4 hours installing i tried to explain that to save money on shipping i woyld like to send the amplifier and have another one shipped and tgey can put it back in yhat new box with speakers but they refused to do that
Now i am writing this review and i will hunt them down in every site or page they future themself on It

I was guaranteed a delivery date of the 6th. By the 9th i contacted them and opened an investigation. After being sent on a wild goose chase to look in bushes i dont have because the package may be hidden in one. Their delivery company realized that it was delivered to an incorrect address. So i was told that they would send a replacement and contact me with a tracking number once it was sent. I was never contacted so i went on ebay and requested a refund. Well later i found that the item was delivered and left i my porch and that ebay had closed the refund case so I filed a return request because I already purchased a unit at a nearby store. So around the 20th email sent to me in mixed up english not making any sense said they would send a replacement but they couldn't issue a return because of the open refund request. I dont think they read any of their emails becuase ebay sent them an emailed stating the refund request was canceled because they provided ebay with a delivery notification. So why cant they process a return request? I dont know either. Stay away from this company i think the program they use to translate to English is not working properly and the delivery company cant seem to find the proper address. Not good o mention thatthe product really seems to be a terrible quality.

Don't fall victim!

I purchased a poly group summer waves wicker rectangular pool 16x30x52 after spending an entire weekend having the pool pad laser leveled so it was perfect and water hauled in we noticed 3 leaks, yes 3! Also the liner has 2 different mismatched tile patterns the ends are different from the middle it looks so cheap and terrible. Within my 30 days of purchase I contacted vminnovations hey told me they would get me a replacement liner however it is out of stock so I should deal with poly group directly. That conversation was originally in April 2018 we are now in June 2018 and the liner is still out of stock and poly group can't tell me when they will have it in stock and there is a waiting list oh yeah and the best part is they will not put me on a waiting list until I cut out a part of the pool and send a picture. So I live in southern Florida and we bought this pool so the kids could enjoy the summer vacation the reality is the replacement liner could be 6-8 weeks or longer so I am out 1,500 dollars and once I destroy it I'm out a pool too. Not to mention how do they expect you to pump water out that cost $700.00 then Take down a pool without damaging any of the metal frame then re level the ground and set up a new liner that they can't guarantee the new one won't leak and pay another 700.00 to fill once again. I called vminnovations and told them what was going on and asked for a refund so I could purchase a better quality pool that would be less of a nightmare they said hey would get back to me but I was past the return policy 60 days I addressed this problem within the 30 days. The next day I received an email stating I needed to deal with poly group. This product is junk and vminnovations is no better. They do not respect or take care of problems for products they sell. I see I'm not the only one with similar issues this company won't last long at the rate it's going and I hope people read reviews before they get stuck with a expensive problem.

VMInnovations contacted me about my order having a bad address and I needed to update the delivery address immediat5: ely to avoid delivery delays. I called the first thing I was informed and submitted change of address requested and was told delivery would be made next day. No such thing. Called very next morning and was told my address was wrong. Went through change process again and was assured of next day delivery as order was in their warehouse. Next day still no order. Called again and was told it had been delivered to my hands at 5:30 the previous day. After assuring them that that never transpired they said I needed to change my delivery address. I had to resubmit my address change again to yet another employee who then assured me I would have my order on Monday evening. Well, again no package and too late to call. The next morning I called again and had to resubmit an address change again and was assured by a supervisor of a Wednesday delivery. NOT THEN, EITHER. Called back on Wednesday and was assured by yet another supervisor that my package was right there in the warehouse and was told that if I wanted I could drive the 30 miles and pick it up. I said if I could get it Thursday that that wouldn't be necessary. The supervisor told me that it wouldn't be a problem if I would just give him the updated address, again! Okay, what's one more time, right? Well, Thursday and no package, call again. This time I was informed that because I failed to update the delivery address they had returned my order! COME ON PEOPLE! I want what I paid for. Why had not one of those people that I spoken with done their jobs? I have been lied to by no less than 4 of your employees, 2 of whom were supervisors. Don't you think at least one employee would have done their duty and updated the address and given me a TRUE delivery date. Well I guess that's asking an awful lot of a business in this country anymore, right? Please either get me my merchandise or a refund, and not next week, NOW!

The cartridge filter pump for my above ground pool failed. I looked for a new one on the internet and found a sand filter pump on the Walmart website. The pump is actually from VMInnovations. I ordered on Monday with a promised delivery on Thursday. A package arrived by Fedex on Wednesday, a day early. The shipping label said it was my filter/pump but the box said it was 4 Sterilite 70 qt. Containers. I opened the box and found the 4 containers and no packing slip. Duh! How difficult was it for shipping to verify that the shipping label description and the box contents matched? Was this packed by someone who couldn't read English or just too lazy to do their job? The only documentation was the shipping label. I checked the internet and saw there was a VMInovations a few miles from me and thought I could get the problem resolved there. I found that location closed. I called customer support and talked to a very nice young woman who I could tell seriously wanted to help me. I was told that I would get shipping instructions to send the wrong merchandise back and a shipping label from Fedex in 30 to 45 minutes. After 2-1/2 hours I got the shipping label from Fedex (Not VMInovations fault). I was instructed to take the return to the nearest Fedex facility. I think VMInovations should have arranged to pick up their mistake. I was told that the order to ship my pump/filter would not happen until they could verify that I had taken the package to Fedex. I emailed customer service with the Fedex package and received a reply that they still couldn't send my pump/filter until Fedex electronically showed that it was accepted. I think what makes me angry is what I had to go through to fix the mistake of VMInnovations. Somehow it seems unjust that they would hold my pump/filter until they could electronically verify that I returned an item that is worth a third or less of the value of my pump/filter. This is not the way to treat a customer.

I purchased a portable air conditioner on Friday. A tracking number was provided to FEDEX, but the item was never picked up for shipment. The tracking just showed info submitted for 4 days so on Tuesday I called to express my concern and was told it just had not updated to call back tomorrow if it did not. Tody(tomorrow), there was still no information so I called again. I get a message saying they are closed and that hours are from 9am-930pm mon-fri. This is 330pm on Wednesday afternoon, where is everybody. Call again, same thing, and again, same thing. Finally try the extention to recieve payments, to be sure somebody would be there. But no, Same message. Finally I email I get a response on if for some reason it has not ship or cannot ship we will notify you immediately? Its been 5 days immediately would have been letting me know something now. Finally after getting the email reply I call again, And... I get an answer. Explain my situation, they check and say, it looks like it was lost by fedex, we will just refund your payment. You are going to refund my payment now? Without knowing if fedex has it or where it is, or if it will show up tomorrow? Well, yes. BS alert, BS alert, BS alert. Obvious answer, not given of course. Well we sell on ebay and our website but our system is not good enough to have a real time inventory so we sold too many. ( I did see there were qty 4 available from there ebay store before and after my purchase from there website). I used a $20 off coupon, and of course because mine was the lowest price, I get the screw job. No contact, no replacements, nothing but disappointment and having to start looking all over again!
