I ordered 6 Sterilite, clear, 30-quart containers on Amazon and received 6 Life Story, Black & Orange, 55-quart containers. The Amazon page says sold & shipped by Spreetail but the box label says VMInovations. It seems the names have changed but not the performance. Hoping Prime returns comes through on the exchange.

Didn't order anything

They purposely sold me broken equipment. When I called them to get a refund they told me I had to send it back and they would send me a shipping label but they never did. I called again later same thing then after that they told me I was outside the return time frame. Don't buy anything from this place.

Received the wrong Banzai water slide
August 3, 2023

I received the wrong product and what I did get was half of what I ordered. I ordered the bonsai Sun annd splash and I received the piñata which is less money so now I've paid over and above for what I've received. My son will not get the birthday party he wanted.

Return pool
July 2, 2023

I would never ever buy again from Vinnovation a few months using intex above ground pool started to leak, help or return denied.I'm not the guy that just puts it in a corner and waits until next year I careful repackage everything it came with and take good care of it very disappointed.

Pool issues
June 28, 2022

I bought a 16'x32'x52" pool from this company. I have had two Intex pools and this pool is very similar. The look and design is good. However, the lack of an effective skimmer is an absolute nightmare! The underwater filtration system does not work well at all. If I had paid more attention to this I would have never purchased this pool. DO NOT buy this pool with the current skimmer situation. Also, the pool pump that came with it is undersized so I had to use my old pump.

I ordered something they claimed was an overbed desk, which i need due to my disability, but the item they sent is not an overbed desk at all and is only a standing desk which is the opposite of what i need. Since they charged me for a product i did not receive and sent me an unrelated product that i didn't order (the exact opposite of what i ordered, actually), i'm legally entitled to a refund without return. In this case i told them i'd be happy to have it picked up anyway since it's wasting space, but i was informed by the target representatives that they would not provide me reasonable accommodation for my disability and pick up this item, and they said the contracted company that sold the product through their site, speedtail, would also not do so. Even though i told them i could not return it without assistance such as pickup from a carrier (which is pretty common now rather than making people return things in store due to covid), and they refused to provide such reasonable accommodation, they also still refused to refund it without return even though I'm legally entitled to a refund without return since the item i ordered is not the one i received. They said it was up to the speedtail to process such a refund, but they refused to call the company on my behalf to arrange anything. Then when i contacted VMInnovations/speedtail they claimed that they needed to talk to a target representative but also claimed they "could not" call target themselves because they "had no outbound phone line" (concerning for other reasons too, like these workers' safety, please investigate or forward to proper company) and i would have to have target call them. I repeatedly told them that i already asked target to call them but they refused. So basically these 2 companies are in a scam together to defraud disabled people in particular and also not provide reasonable accommodation to them as per ADA requirements nor to follow FTC laws.

I want to assure you we have a 90-day return window for our Target Marketplace orders, the policy with this marketplace is in fact true where you would contact Target and they will initiate any return, exchanges, or reships from their end ad we only speak with Target representatives to do so. Either way, I am unsure of why you were not able to get a return initiated through Target and I am sorry you have gone through the amount of trouble you did to get this resolved.

Our returns within the return window are 100% free with the provided pre-paid label through FedEx and once the label is received you are able to contact FedEx to have a free pickup scheduled.

I can't express enough how sorry I am that you could not get your return resolved please reply with our order information so that I can investigate it thoroughly for you.

No shipping refund
April 20, 2022

Received a non working unit from this company. When they accepted my return they refused to reimburse my shipping cost of $133.00 saying that they provide free shipping slips for returns. When in fact I used the return label they sent me and still had to pay shipping. I even provided them with the shipping receipt and tracking number and they still refused. Be weary of ordering from them especially if you end up having to return your item.

Unsafe Shipping

You guys sent 3 pressurized oxygen cylinders in a box with ZERO packing inside to prevent damage and leaks. Look at the attached photos. You should know better.

I bought a cabinet from them. Charged me twice. Cabinet Damaged beyond use. Still fighting for refund. I bought it through FB using Paypal. They tell me the refund has been processed on their end and that I need to contact Amazon. Uh Hello? Amazon has nothing to do with this. I even called Amazon to verify. Sent an email for the 3rd time stating the issues. The send me the same reply that the refund has been issued will be in my account in1-3 days. I replay telling them Amazon has nothing to do with it. Their reply is " we cannot help you any further contact Amazon. WTF? Are these people brain dead? Stay CLEAR EVERYONE... STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

This company is a joke. Do not order anything from them. The product was never in-stock, they let you purchase, send you a tracking email from FedEx with a delivery date (but FedEx does not even have it yet). Then it never comes, you call and they say not sure what happened will send it again. It never comes again, then they say "Oh, yeah. Sorry, it's actually out-of-stock. We will just refund your order." Not sorry that you waited over a week for something that was never going to come. "Have a nice day. Better luck next time." I should know better than to order from a no-name, BS business like this one.

My name is walter bennett, on march 18th. 2021 i ordered a cornelius capri 18'X52"" above ground pool package, from VM innovation. I personally took delivery from R&L freight on March 28 2021. It consisted of one shrink wrapped pallet. I called my son that day and had him come over and move everything from my driveway to my covered deck in the backyard. We purchased this pool as a gift for my grandsons birthday and this past weekend i had family members come over to attmept to set it up. Thats when we noticed that we had no top or bottom rails for the pool wall also no instruction manual and no nuts, bolts or screws. What i do have is box #s'******* and ******* as well as the pool wall i believe that i am missing box# *******. I reached out to VM Innovations, and all they could do is to send me the order invoice, they have refused to be of anymore assistance. UPDATE***I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY TO FILE A CONSUMER COMPLIANT WITH YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE! After i did this they contacted me and issued a $400.00 partial refund of my purchase, it was enough to order the missing parts ( from the manufacturer) for my swimming pool. It took some time but my issue was finally resolved! I may raise my rating from one to two stars. But i will NOT make another purchase from this company!

I am a disabled senior, my son bought me an Aeroplus portable air conditioner. It worked fine for about 10 minutes. Now, 11 days later, it only puts out hot air. Talked with warranty department about the unit, and am getting a major headache with getting it replaced. DO NOT BUY AIR CONDITIONERS from this company. Enough is enough
April 8, 2021

So I purchased a 4 pack of subwoofers they arrived. I was excited I can now call the shop and having put in. The next morning I get a phone call from the shop tell me that 1 of the speakers are blown. I then proceed to do the normal contact to try to return them because there's a warranty on them, defective. Going through the normal procedure giving the information they needed what happened email address on so far they keep putting it off and then their contact you within 2 to 3 days after each explanation or guidelines whatever they want to him on my 4th or 5th for time contacting them, now I Shouldn't think that you guys are stalling to get beyond those days needed to return The item that I paid good money for. All I really want is to return them for a full refund your wasting my time... I will not be buy from you again. Can't add a photo of a blown speaker and yall have proof of purchase.

Horrible company

HORRIBLE seller. ZERO stars. After over two weeks of waiting, and the package being lost in shipping (twice!), I still do not have the product, and the seller REFUSES to credit my purchase. Horrible seller, lacks acceptable customer service, I would never do business with them again.

Ordered Bosch orbital sander for delivery on Friday March 5th what arrived on March 4th was a intex air mattress. All records claimed they had delivered my sander. I guess my sander and air mattress are one and the same. Then it becomes my headache to try And get it returned. So now they sit on my 275.00 dollars awaiting the return of an air mattress. If ever the seller is VM express I will not order item. Needless to say my sanding project sits on hold because of their incompetence and so does my money.

We purchased a large item, came in pieces as multiple boxes, some boxes were incorrect. We asked VM for the correct parts, VM repeatedly told us we were wrong, that we had the correct items. When they finally conceded that they had incorrectly shipped certain parts, they told us we had to ship they incorrect items back (reasonable). We've been asking for an update as to when we would recieve the correct parts for over 3 weeks now with not a single answer. 1 month later, we're still waiting on the correct parts and some communication when we will receive them. Still nothing. We have a useless, paid for, semi constructed product sitting in our living room. Mind blown.
