So I purchased a 4 pack of subwoofers they arrived. I was excited I can now call the shop and having put in. The next morning I get a phone call from the shop tell me that 1 of the speakers are blown. I then proceed to do the normal contact to try to return them because there's a warranty on them, defective. Going through the normal procedure giving the information they needed what happened email address on so far they keep putting it off and then their contact you within 2 to 3 days after each explanation or guidelines whatever they want to him on my 4th or 5th for time contacting them, now I Shouldn't think that you guys are stalling to get beyond those days needed to return The item that I paid good money for. All I really want is to return them for a full refund your wasting my time... I will not be buy from you again. Can't add a photo of a blown speaker and yall have proof of purchase.
