I recently purchased the Banzai 90370 Hydro Blast Inflatable Water Slide Aquatic Activity Park Center. It was slightly damaged so I contacted customer service and they immediately responded to my email request and offered to replace the item at no additional cost. We went back and forth over email and each time they prompted responded. I never write reviews, but I was beyond impressed with the level of service VM Innovations provided. I would certainly recommend their brand to anyone!

They purposely sold me broken equipment. When I called them to get a refund they told me I had to send it back and they would send me a shipping label but they never did. I called again later same thing then after that they told me I was outside the return time frame. Don't buy anything from this place.

I am a disabled senior, my son bought me an Aeroplus portable air conditioner. It worked fine for about 10 minutes. Now, 11 days later, it only puts out hot air. Talked with warranty department about the unit, and am getting a major headache with getting it replaced. DO NOT BUY AIR CONDITIONERS from this company. My son pain over $450 for this piece of garbage! If I could give it a rating lower than 1, I would

You guys sent 3 pressurized oxygen cylinders in a box with ZERO packing inside to prevent damage and leaks. Look at the attached photos. You should know better.

Received a non working unit from this company. When they accepted my return they refused to reimburse my shipping cost of $133.00 saying that they provide free shipping slips for returns. When in fact I used the return label they sent me and still had to pay shipping. I even provided them with the shipping receipt and tracking number and they still refused. Be weary of ordering from them especially if you end up having to return your item.

I would never ever buy again from Vinnovation a few months using intex above ground pool started to leak, help or return denied.I'm not the guy that just puts it in a corner and waits until next year I careful repackage everything it came with and take good care of it very disappointed.

This company is a joke. Do not order anything from them. The product was never in-stock, they let you purchase, send you a tracking email from FedEx with a delivery date (but FedEx does not even have it yet). Then it never comes, you call and they say not sure what happened will send it again. It never comes again, then they say "Oh, yeah. Sorry, it's actually out-of-stock. We will just refund your order." Not sorry that you waited over a week for something that was never going to come. "Have a nice day. Better luck next time." I should know better than to order from a no-name, BS business like this one.

Ordered Bosch orbital sander for delivery on Friday March 5th what arrived on March 4th was a intex air mattress. All records claimed they had delivered my sander. I guess my sander and air mattress are one and the same. Then it becomes my headache to try And get it returned. So now they sit on my 275.00 dollars awaiting the return of an air mattress. If ever the seller is VM express I will not order item. Needless to say my sanding project sits on hold because of their incompetence and so does my money.

I purchased an inflatable water slide through eBay. After re reading the description I realized it said it was non functional and for parts only. 20 minutes after placing the $500 order I tried to cancel but they refused and said it had already shipped. It arrived used with a big rip. The customer service emails I keep getting about my return request keep saying "your last email was blank" and we still can't find the purchase info. I sent screen shots of all the transactions from eBay and they won't acknowledge that the info is in the photos! Extremely frustrating! I'm out the $500 and stuck with a broken useless toy. DO NOT PURCHASE from them

This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. These items are sold as-is without warranty coverage, as they are intended to be used to make repairs, especially for items that you need specific parts for.

Item advertised as open box L/XL size and was shipped a Small/Medium. How can you make that mistake. Now I'm working on returning something that I didn't order. Hopeful I won't be responsible for return shipping when the seller sent me the wrong product.

I bought a 16'x32'x52" pool from this company. I have had two Intex pools and this pool is very similar. The look and design is good. However, the lack of an effective skimmer is an absolute nightmare! The underwater filtration system does not work well at all. If I had paid more attention to this I would have never purchased this pool. DO NOT buy this pool with the current skimmer situation. Also, the pool pump that came with it is undersized so I had to use my old pump.

I tried to purchase a pool from VM Innovations. They charged my credit card and then said the pool was being shipped. It never shipped because they did not have the pool in stock! So I waited for several days expecting a pool to be delivered. They never contacted me to let me know they did not have the pool in stock. I had to contact them directly in order to request a refund. I am very annoyed and frustrated with their business practices. Not cool!

HORRIBLE seller. ZERO stars. After over two weeks of waiting, and the package being lost in shipping (twice!), I still do not have the product, and the seller REFUSES to credit my purchase. Horrible seller, lacks acceptable customer service, I would never do business with them again.

Ordered a pool that arrived with a dead pool pump. Contacted customer service and they actually responded fairly quickly stating that they would send out a replacement asap. I thought great, good company. 2 months have gone by and still no new pool pump. customer service says timeframe is past 30 days, i got my product and their policy states they dont offer refunds, exchanges or replacements. nothing is mentioned about past offer.

I ordered something they claimed was an overbed desk, which i need due to my disability, but the item they sent is not an overbed desk at all and is only a standing desk which is the opposite of what i need. Since they charged me for a product i did not receive and sent me an unrelated product that i didn't order (the exact opposite of what i ordered, actually), i'm legally entitled to a refund without return. In this case i told them i'd be happy to have it picked up anyway since it's wasting space, but i was informed by the target representatives that they would not provide me reasonable accommodation for my disability and pick up this item, and they said the contracted company that sold the product through their site, speedtail, would also not do so. Even though i told them i could not return it without assistance such as pickup from a carrier (which is pretty common now rather than making people return things in store due to covid), and they refused to provide such reasonable accommodation, they also still refused to refund it without return even though I'm legally entitled to a refund without return since the item i ordered is not the one i received. They said it was up to the speedtail to process such a refund, but they refused to call the company on my behalf to arrange anything. Then when i contacted VMInnovations/speedtail they claimed that they needed to talk to a target representative but also claimed they "could not" call target themselves because they "had no outbound phone line" (concerning for other reasons too, like these workers' safety, please investigate or forward to proper company) and i would have to have target call them. I repeatedly told them that i already asked target to call them but they refused. So basically these 2 companies are in a scam together to defraud disabled people in particular and also not provide reasonable accommodation to them as per ADA requirements nor to follow FTC laws.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T and check target to see if it's really sent by them/spreetail. in fact, just avoid target all together since they are in cahoots and target does the same illegal things

I want to assure you we have a 90-day return window for our Target Marketplace orders, the policy with this marketplace is in fact true where you would contact Target and they will initiate any return, exchanges, or reships from their end ad we only speak with Target representatives to do so. Either way, I am unsure of why you were not able to get a return initiated through Target and I am sorry you have gone through the amount of trouble you did to get this resolved.

Our returns within the return window are 100% free with the provided pre-paid label through FedEx and once the label is received you are able to contact FedEx to have a free pickup scheduled.

I ordered stereo parts and got double the parts of which I am required to pay shipping to return. I paid with credit card and approved shipment on my parts only. It was a surprise when 3 large boxes showed up. Vm is supposed to send shipping labels but I still have to take boxes to ups store and pay for shipping. On the upswing iam very happy with the quality of the parts I ordered. Car stereo subs kick $#*!.

So I purchased a 4 pack of subwoofers they arrived. I was excited I can now call the shop and having put in. The next morning I get a phone call from the shop tell me that 1 of the speakers are blown. I then proceed to do the normal contact to try to return them because there's a warranty on them, defective. Going through the normal procedure giving the information they needed what happened email address on so far they keep putting it off and then their contact you within 2 to 3 days after each explanation or guidelines whatever they want to him on my 4th or 5th for time contacting them, now I Shouldn't think that you guys are stalling to get beyond those days needed to return The item that I paid good money for. All I really want is to return them for a full refund your wasting my time... I will not be buy from you again. Can't add a photo of a blown speaker and yall have proof of purchase.

After spending I significant amount of time searching for exercise equipment that would be suitable for my lifestyle, I purchased a home jam from the VM innovations website. Confirmation for my order and was informed that I don't wanna be shipped within 2 to 7 days. 7 days later no equipment. I sent an email to inquire and was informed they didn't realize I placed an order and sold out of the machine. However, they have several listed on eBay for a much higher price. Very unprofessional to say the least. Definitely a waste of my time.

V M Express has horrible customer service. They sent us the incorrect product and REFUSED to exchange the item. When our order was received we were unable to check the fit due to the COVID lockdown. This caused us to contact VM Express a few days after the "30 day exchange period". This P. O. S. Company did nothing to assist us in exchanging the item for the correct item.

We bought an Intex pool for our son and it indeed came in a sealed box, and within days. The shipping was a bit pricey but included duties so we didn;t have to worry about surprise fees. I was reading the reviews before me and don't know what to think now... Maybe they listened to everyone and improved? We were quite impressed as the pool is sold out at all Walmarts in our province! Thanks and keep up the quick shipping and accurate descriptions.

Could give a negative rating I would. This company is beyond horrible. I have no words. The product arrived i set it up and used it for 10 minutes. Then I went to collapse the handle bars for storage and a part broke snapping finger in 2 places. I am now looking at surgery. I contacted them explained issue simply wanted to know if there was another way to collapse bars so I could return it. All they would say was to box it up even though I told them I can't because it's broken and won't fold down.
Finally I get someone to get it folded I call company to start return process. They inform me it has to be on curb on a pallet. I remind them that their product broke my hand and so there is no way i can get a 150 pound treadmill down 5 stairs and onto a pallet. They basically said then it would not be able to be picked up. They will not assist in any alternative options or offer full refund.
I am now seeking legal action for not only a refund but also medical costs. Buyer beware they don't care about customer service. They are beyond a horrible company.

I bought from this company thru ebay.
They advertised the item as available.
I put in my order and they take the money from my account and the next day the canceled my order!
They did it twice!
And it takes them more than 24 hours to let me know. I buy bulk. More than 10 items at a time. Now I'm waiting for my money back. Let's see how long it takes them to refund me my money.
It'll be nice if they tell us whats available.
Never again with this company!
