Horrible company

Could give a negative rating I would. This company is beyond horrible. I have no words. The product arrived i set it up and used it for 10 minutes. Then I went to collapse the handle bars for storage and a part broke snapping finger in 2 places. I am now looking at surgery. I contacted them explained issue simply wanted to know if there was another way to collapse bars so I could return it. All they would say was to box it up even though I told them I can't because it's broken and won't fold down.
Finally I get someone to get it folded I call company to start return process. They inform me it has to be on curb on a pallet. I remind them that their product broke my hand and so there is no way i can get a 150 pound treadmill down 5 stairs and onto a pallet. They basically said then it would not be able to be picked up. They will not assist in any alternative options or offer full refund.
I am now seeking legal action for not only a refund but also medical costs. Buyer beware they don't care about customer service. They are beyond a horrible company.

I placed and order on February 20th and it was supposed to arrive on the 25th. I contacted them and they said they were having computer issues. Now it's March 7th and no more contact from them and no product received. I will have to contact my credit union to resolve this.

This company is a nightmare. Product came with missing parts and smaller than advertised and now that i want to return it their "free returns" policy apparently doesn't "fit my needs" and they are saying in need to pay return. For a WEIGHT BENCH AND WEIGHTS! Will most likely cost a fortune. All of this while on lock down from covid as a single mother of 3 just trying to find outlets for my kids. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My husband and I found this site by accident, but WHAT a business! Everything is top notch, the customer service is like customer swervice from long ago, courteous and friendly and actually have knowledge. I inquired about paying extra for fast delivery, OH BUT NO NEED, WHY? Thats because they send anything you order out lickity split and it comes from one of their many distribution centers around the country FAST. So they pass the savings on to you. And the products are TOP QUALITY. My husband is thrilled that he does not have search internet, that he has a site to go directly to when he needs parts.

I originally gave a 5 star review because like many others the delivery of the Kokido Butterfly Pool Vacuum was super fast. Ordered this item from VMInnovations because they were the cheapest. Tried the item out and it did not work with our pool. Called to return the item. Now, their website says 60 day return. I will say that I am 10 days past that return policy. When I called the first time, Brian, said that the only thing they could do was give a refund of the price in a store credit. I said, if thats the only thing then ok. Got disconnected. Called back and waited for over 10 minutes (like my first call) and got another guy (did not get his name), who did apologize for the disconnect, told me that the only thing they could do is give me a 50% refund. Said for this product they go by manufacturer warranty of 30 days (not what their website says). I said I was told I could get a store credit - he then said well I can give you a 75% store credit. I took the 50% refund, but I will not buy again from a seller who picks and chooses what time of refund they want to give. Yes, I was past the policy period and they did not have to offer anything, but dealing with this type of service is not worth it.

They delivered only 1 box out of 3 for gym equipment. 1 box is useless because it connects with rest 2. I am running around to get rest of the 2 boxes. It's been about 2 week now with no resolution.

THEY sell CRAP
August 18, 2020

I purchased a pool pump for my above ground pool in May 2020. They did not send me a receipt there was no packing slip and no information on the package beside address. We hooked the pool pump up with in 1 week the pump quit working. I tried multiple times to reach the company. For weeks I called every day throughout the day with no answer. I called my credit card company and they disputed the charge which got their attention. VM stated that I missed my 30 day return policy. But gave me nothing to be able to return the part. I finally was able to get through to VM after 3 months someone finally answered the phone. She told me they were overwhelmed with calls and were not able to answer calls. The company should have extended the return policy due to this demand and the COVID pandemic but did not. I had to purchase another pump and no long need this I still can not return I asked the girl if they company is overwhelmed with calls because they sell crappy products that dont work and she said YES. DO not buy from this company you will be totally ripped off. They only get 1 start because I have to give them something to post

Price gouging

Worst company, jacking prices up on all the pool products. Trying to use the situation increasing the 3 times the value on what it was sold 4 months back.

We purchased a battery powered car for our toddler for her birthday, through WalMart's website. We did not realize that it was not being purchased through WalMart directly, but actually sold and shipped via VM. (That part is our fault.) We received the car, and wrapped it for her birthday. Her birthday was on a Saturday, and the following Monday (2 days later), the parent remote for the car, nor the actual brakes for the car, would work. This caused our 2 year old daughter to hit a pole in our yard. The only way we could get the car to stop was by running and catching up to it and unplugging the wires under the "hood" of the car. We tried getting ahold of VM for weeks and weeks via emails and phone calls, as WalMart told us they could not help us and to go directly through VM. Needless to say, VM NEVER returned a single call or email. So point being, we received a faulty and dangerous little power car that we cannot even use, as it doesn't steer, brake, or stop. We are out a couple hundred dollars for nothing. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I do NOT recommend buying anything from them, especially if it is battery powered.

My name is walter bennett, on march 18th. 2021 i ordered a cornelius capri 18'X52"" above ground pool package, from VM innovation. I personally took delivery from R&L freight on March 28 2021. It consisted of one shrink wrapped pallet. I called my son that day and had him come over and move everything from my driveway to my covered deck in the backyard. We purchased this pool as a gift for my grandsons birthday and this past weekend i had family members come over to attmept to set it up. Thats when we noticed that we had no top or bottom rails for the pool wall also no instruction manual and no nuts, bolts or screws. What i do have is box #s'******* and ******* as well as the pool wall i believe that i am missing box# *******. I reached out to VM Innovations, and all they could do is to send me the order invoice, they have refused to be of anymore assistance. UPDATE***I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY TO FILE A CONSUMER COMPLIANT WITH YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE! After i did this they contacted me and issued a $400.00 partial refund of my purchase, it was enough to order the missing parts ( from the manufacturer) for my swimming pool. It took some time but my issue was finally resolved! I may raise my rating from one to two stars. But i will NOT make another purchase from this company!

I ordered something they claimed was an overbed desk, which i need due to my disability, but the item they sent is not an overbed desk at all and is only a standing desk which is the opposite of what i need. Since they charged me for a product i did not receive and sent me an unrelated product that i didn't order (the exact opposite of what i ordered, actually), i'm legally entitled to a refund without return. In this case i told them i'd be happy to have it picked up anyway since it's wasting space, but i was informed by the target representatives that they would not provide me reasonable accommodation for my disability and pick up this item, and they said the contracted company that sold the product through their site, speedtail, would also not do so. Even though i told them i could not return it without assistance such as pickup from a carrier (which is pretty common now rather than making people return things in store due to covid), and they refused to provide such reasonable accommodation, they also still refused to refund it without return even though I'm legally entitled to a refund without return since the item i ordered is not the one i received. They said it was up to the speedtail to process such a refund, but they refused to call the company on my behalf to arrange anything. Then when i contacted VMInnovations/speedtail they claimed that they needed to talk to a target representative but also claimed they "could not" call target themselves because they "had no outbound phone line" (concerning for other reasons too, like these workers' safety, please investigate or forward to proper company) and i would have to have target call them. I repeatedly told them that i already asked target to call them but they refused. So basically these 2 companies are in a scam together to defraud disabled people in particular and also not provide reasonable accommodation to them as per ADA requirements nor to follow FTC laws.

I want to assure you we have a 90-day return window for our Target Marketplace orders, the policy with this marketplace is in fact true where you would contact Target and they will initiate any return, exchanges, or reships from their end ad we only speak with Target representatives to do so. Either way, I am unsure of why you were not able to get a return initiated through Target and I am sorry you have gone through the amount of trouble you did to get this resolved.

Our returns within the return window are 100% free with the provided pre-paid label through FedEx and once the label is received you are able to contact FedEx to have a free pickup scheduled.

I can't express enough how sorry I am that you could not get your return resolved please reply with our order information so that I can investigate it thoroughly for you.

I had a problem with an order from Amazon and their customer service was incompetent. I had to send my order back to them with a $53.00 restocking fee.
