I purchased a pool pump for my above ground pool in May 2020. They did not send me a receipt there was no packing slip and no information on the package beside address. We hooked the pool pump up with in 1 week the pump quit working. I tried multiple times to reach the company. For weeks I called every day throughout the day with no answer. I called my credit card company and they disputed the charge which got their attention. VM stated that I missed my 30 day return policy. But gave me nothing to be able to return the part. I finally was able to get through to VM after 3 months someone finally answered the phone. She told me they were overwhelmed with calls and were not able to answer calls. The company should have extended the return policy due to this demand and the COVID pandemic but did not. I had to purchase another pump and no long need this I still can not return I asked the girl if they company is overwhelmed with calls because they sell crappy products that dont work and she said YES. DO not buy from this company you will be totally ripped off. They only get 1 start because I have to give them something to post

Any return period extensions during COVID-19 are established by our marketplace partners. Typically pool supplies do come with warranty coverage directly through the manufacturer.
