I love this company!

My first purchase from VMinnovations was filters for my hot tub. Since then they have been my go-to for dozens of things. They are the fastest shippers ever and their prices are better than most. I will buy from them again I'm sure. This company and its associates ROCK!

Ordered a pool that arrived with a dead pool pump. Contacted customer service and they actually responded fairly quickly stating that they would send out a replacement asap. I thought great, good company. 2 months have gone by and still no new pool pump. customer service says timeframe is past 30 days, i got my product and their policy states they dont offer refunds, exchanges or replacements. nothing is mentioned about past offer.

Stay Away!

Absolutely hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a hot tub. Less than a half hour after purchasing I sent an email requesting to cancel my order. The next day, I received an email back stating it was to late to cancel because the hot tub already shipped. That was on Sunday, it is now Friday and according to my account the hit tub is still in their warehouse. Their website says same day fast and free shipping, yet 5 days later its still in their warehouse and I can't cancel my order. They will not answer the phone and it takes days for them to email me back. I would gladly pay more somewhere else for better customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far, away from this company.

I do not understand why they have so many negative reviews. This made me hesitate to purchase the inflatable hot tub I needed, even though they are the only supplier, at this time. The tub was shipped, free, and arrived in 2 days. Sealed, new, and in excellent condition.

Ordered Bosch orbital sander for delivery on Friday March 5th what arrived on March 4th was a intex air mattress. All records claimed they had delivered my sander. I guess my sander and air mattress are one and the same. Then it becomes my headache to try And get it returned. So now they sit on my 275.00 dollars awaiting the return of an air mattress. If ever the seller is VM express I will not order item. Needless to say my sanding project sits on hold because of their incompetence and so does my money.

REFUND NIGHTMARE
September 7, 2016

Don't bother ordering from this company! You will not get your full refund back for an unopened never used item. I paid $40.99 for a pool ladder, never opened still in the original box. I was told I would have to pay for the shipping cost to send the ladder back to them (the lowest price I find was $27.93 from UPS) and take a $7 deduction from my refund amount. OR pay them $24 and they will send me a prepaid shipping label. Complete rip off! So basically I am losing over half of my refund just to return the ladder back to them. The absolute worse! Stick to buying items in the store or find a more reliable source, this company is not the move! Beware!

I ordered an automated chess set for my 9-year-old son, who has an illness and doesn't like to play chess with real people, but he loves playing a computer. This was his big Christmas present and I bought him the best version, called "Grand," in mid-November, then I put the box in the closet to hide from him. If I had read this website's reviews of this seller beforehand, I would have very carefully looked at the box--but I did not. They sent me the inferior version of the chess set that generally goes for around $50 less than the one I paid for. When we opened the set after Christmas I discovered that we were sent the inferior version; so this is not a defective product issue or a shipping issue--this company sent the wrong product. A reputable company would own up to this and take back the wrong product and either refund me or send me the one I actually ordered, but when I "contact" customer service all I get is an automated response that I am outside the 30-day return window.

Not reliable

After spending I significant amount of time searching for exercise equipment that would be suitable for my lifestyle, I purchased a home jam from the VM innovations website. Confirmation for my order and was informed that I don't wanna be shipped within 2 to 7 days. 7 days later no equipment. I sent an email to inquire and was informed they didn't realize I placed an order and sold out of the machine. However, they have several listed on eBay for a much higher price. Very unprofessional to say the least. Definitely a waste of my time.

I ordered an inflatable slide for my kids. It came defective. You can blow it up every hour and it will hold air enough that they can use it. I took a picture of the hole and the slide and sent it to them. They will not send me a replacement until I cut a giant hole into the slide. I explained that we are in a state where nothing is open. I would like a new slide shipped to me, while I blow the broken slide up every hour for my kids to use. Once the new slide arrives, I'll cut a hole in the old one and show them. That way, while I'm waiting on the slide to ship, my kids still can use the broken one. If I don't follow through, they can charge me for the second slide. It's not my fault that the first slide was shipped defective. They won't budge. A horrible company. Do not waste your money with them. I contacted them about the broken slide within two days of receiving it.

We do typically ask for a cut out of the defective item for proof that it is irreparable and cannot be used, rather than having you package the item up and send it back. I ordered a floating pool lounger and instead got 2 Mexican blankets. Made contact with VM and they said I could send the Mexican Blankets back, great, however I would have to pay the return shipping charges. Approx $30. Unbelievable. They said that it was state on the original purchase info. I told them I would have gladly paid to return it if I had ever received it. What a scam. I am going to try and get the situation dealt with and satisfaction from ebay

Rarely does a person that has a good experience will think of leaving a review online. I read about a hundred reviews online about this company after I had already ordered $600.00 worth of stereo equipment because my son asked me if this was a legit company, since their prices were better than anyone else and their shipping was amazing. I admit, I was curious as well. I dug pretty deep. It seemed the reviews were half and half. Either completely bad, or completely excellent. This review is completely positive. 100%. Matt and Evan were both professional. I want to say thanks to them and the entire company. Everything was excellent and showed up in 3 days. Yes 3 days. 5 stars. I will buy again. Prices are excellent and shipping is amazing.

Wish I had seen this before I placed my order. Placed an order Nov 22 but the tracking number was fake - it never tracked. I had to find a phone number and customer service said that the item was "lost" (they didn't contact me with that news) and that a new order was processed today (Monday) arriving Friday. (1-3 day shipping? NOT. Especially when my first order never arrived?) We shall see if I receive anything for my money. Oh... and they gave me a new tracking number but said nothing will "track" because they just issued it today. Very fishy...

What's not to like is they mail your item in the manufacturer's box only with no box, no packaging or padding whatsoever so that the item arrives damaged and everyone gets to see what you bought. Stay away.

Prompt and great service! This was an easy transaction and will definately deal with them again! Description was accurate and everything represented was and did happen as stated. Ordered a pool pump from them.It came quick, but died after only 2 days.

They listed themselves as having a 60-day return policy and excellent customer service. Instead of honoring their return policy, to swap out the defective unit for a new unit, like any other reputable retailer would, they passed me off to the manufacturer's warranty. Having something fixed through the manufacturer's warranty takes forever.

And my pool has been out of commission for 2 weeks now with Summer coming to an end.So thank to VMInnovations horrible customer service, which they seem so proud of, they pretty much ruined pool time for the last part of the Summer.

I purchased a camping tent via Walmart.com, which was actually selling it via their Marketplace from the actual vendor VMInnovations. I did not like the product, took it to Walmart store, but got sent back because it was a 3rd-party online purchase - and was told to deal with VMInnovations directly.
I email them for return, and they gave me a complex set of instructions/rules/options, where I would need to calculate which of the option gives me back the most of my money (all their options make sure that they pocket a decent cut in their pocket).
I would advice everyone to dont even bother shopping with them. Not worth the time and money.

I purchased Pyle stereo it was listed as new unused unpacked undamaged and I received the unit damaged and in order to return the item I had to pay for shipping back. Then I received another unit it had more damage than the first then I sent that unit back with detailed written instructions that I want a new as advertised unit and today I received yet another damaged used item. They think that I store credit is going to make up for the trouble they are mistaken worst company I have ever purchased from. Buyer beware read all past reviews no matter if they have high rating or not.

I brought a Coleman Dark Room Tent from them, this summer. It came with in in a couple of days after ordering it, The price was good and free shipping. I order a storage shed a couple years a go for my backyard. No problems. I'll buy again from them. Its good place.

Even though I cancelled my order before it shipped. They still shipped the pool and I had to incur the shipping cost to return the product. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company. Their customer service is horrible.
