Purchased an item that was unable to be shipped to California without an additional part. Their customer service emailed me days later and gave me 2 options, (1)send me the additional part at no additional cost or (2) refund my money. I took option 1 immediately and got a reply days later that they could not honor their offer and wanted to charge an additional $100 on my card. Customer service is trash along with their descriptions, at the bottom of their emails it states customer satisfaction is their priority, they obviously have a very unique way of showing it. Save yourself your time and a headache and avoid these guys at all cost.
I bought a re-conditioned Husqvarna chain saw from VM Innovations. First one they shipped was locked up and wouldn't start, in fact it still had the old spark plug in it. I was not a happy camper. But I stayed calm and called their Customer Service. They immediately gave me Return Authorization and I shipped it back. Within 4 days, I received a second re-conditioned unit that was perfect: new carb, new spark plug, new air filter,,,,, and it started on first pull. No problems since. I was impressed with their quick warranty response.
This was my second time ordering from VM, and i was able to get all three items i wanted for my kids at the lowest prices i could find after price comparing online and received in one item the very next day and the other two items the day after that, super fast shipping!

I recently purchased the Banzai ******* Hydro Blast Inflatable Water Slide Aquatic Activity Park Center. It was slightly damaged so I contacted customer service and they immediately responded to my email request and offered to replace the item at no additional cost. We went back and forth over email and each time they prompted responded. I never write reviews, but I was beyond impressed with the level of service VM Innovations provided. I would certainly recommend their brand to anyone!

I ordered stereo parts and got double the parts of which I am required to pay shipping to return. I paid with credit card and approved shipment on my parts only. It was a surprise when 3 large boxes showed up. Vm is supposed to send shipping labels but I still have to take boxes to ups store and pay for shipping. On the upswing iam very happy with the quality of the parts I ordered. Car stereo subs kick $#*!.
I tried to purchase a pool from VM Innovations. They charged my credit card and then said the pool was being shipped. It never shipped because they did not have the pool in stock! So I waited for several days expecting a pool to be delivered. They never contacted me to let me know they did not have the pool in stock. I had to contact them directly in order to request a refund. I am very annoyed and frustrated with their business practices. Not cool!

After almost getting scammed twice, once by someone on ebay and then someone on Mercari (got money back on both), I tried vminnovations when it came in stock for regular price. I was a little nervous because a lot of reviews complained about rips in products and delayed shipping. After ordering, it was shipped in 2 days! I was in shock. I assumed the worst. Thought something was going to be wrong with it but I was dead wrong. It's been over a week and both my 7 and 9 year old daughters couldn't be happier! Thank you VM, would recommend ordering from this company.

These people are frauds they scam you out for your money they sell you the wrong items that you never ordered expecting you to keep what they send you. They give you the run around when you mention refund or exchange. They give you this vibe to go f*ck yourself after an phone conversation. Terrible people & company!

We bought an Intex pool for our son and it indeed came in a sealed box, and within days. The shipping was a bit pricey but included duties so we didn;t have to worry about surprise fees. I was reading the reviews before me and don't know what to think now... Maybe they listened to everyone and improved? We were quite impressed as the pool is sold out at all Walmarts in our province! VM Innovations is not an honest company when resolving issues. Our Grill arrived 10 days after being lost by the shipper. The box was greatly damaged and broken resulting in a lot of damaged, broken and missing parts. We had to ship it back using VM Innovations instructions. The box required 150 pound capability and size to fit. The size and weight required us to buy a box and packing materials which VM Innovation agreed to pay for and did credit the cost of the shipping. They acknowledged receiving the returned grill. They said they were sending a new grill followed by a few days later an email saying they were out of stock and had refunded the cost of the grill. They did not and now three weeks later they will only refund partial not the cost of returning the previous grill. We are out $70 and they say there is nothing more they will do. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND this company.

And it takes them more than 24 hours to let me know. I buy bulk. More than 10 items at a time. Now I'm waiting for my money back. Let's see how long it takes them to refund me my money.

Ordered a hot tub to be delivered in 2 days but it was not. Customer service did the very minimal to help locate this shipment. In the end the shipping label was not adhered correctly to my package and it was sent back. Now this 2 day shipment that was supposed to be a 2 day event has taken almost a week.
They sold me a tube with holes in it and refuse to do anything to help me. If you order a product from them make sure it is not defective right away. I bought a tube last year and when I tried to inflate it in the summer, I discovered it had two holes. I offered to send it back with all of the original packing materials but because I didn't check it when I received it, they told me they couldn't do anything to help me and refused to answer any of my emails. Don't expect that just because you purchase something new in the box, that it will actually work. Also, the patch kit is useless.
They will not send you the item or they will bait and switch the item. Do not trust them. Horrible customer service. I called multiple times to get my issues resolved and they basically told me they make millions online, this is how they choose to deal with customers.
I needed a paper pool filter. VMInnovations provided the specific filter within two days and my pool benefited. Great job. The party that I had planned went off without a hitch. The pool was clean thanks to VMInnovations.
Bought a Poulan P3816 Chainsaw, reconditioned. At first I could not get the thing started. Finally, after trying over and over again, it did start only to die immediately. I worked om it for a while before I got it where it would run on full throttle. I then went to adjusting the high and low screws, plus the idle adjust. Turns out it was not set to idle at all. Plus it would not crank easy and ran rough and slow on full throttle, I pulled the spark plug and it was full of carbon like dirt. Cleaned it but also went and bought a new one and then I was able to get the idle, plus the low and high adjustments pretty good. She runs well now and accelerates great. Only thing now it's putting out more bar oil than needed but that's certainly better that too little.
I bought a sander that said in the specifications that the condition was new. When I received it, the box and the sander both said factory reconditioned. So they sold me a reconditioned product for the price of a new one. Let's see if I get my money back.
I read the reviews after my order and was pretty nervous. The product shipped an hr after placing my order and the pool was delivered in less than 24 hrs! Im in CT and they shipped from PA, super happy and surprised. Would do business again!

Worst experience with this seller ever. 3 day shipping guaranteed. I ordered on 3/18 after lost FedEx shipment and talking with supervisor Alex and his supervisor Jeremy I received my order on wed 3/27.
Alex promised me the second order would get here by Monday 3/25. When the second order wasn't updating jeremy told me he would call me back and after 72hrs and no call I called him and he acted like he didn't know who I was. Then he tells me there is nothing he can do and that we would have to wait. Terrible customer experience and Management making promises they didn't keep. 3 day shipping is a joke here.

They sold me a pool they did not even have in stock- took almost 3 weeks to refund our $2000 dollars, I had to spend many days and hours trying to locate the pool with the invalid tracking number. Good luck trying to get someone to answer at the company and once they do they try to just give you the run around! Do not waste your time ordering from them- luckily we were able to find a pool locally- my kids were so bummed once they heard we weren't able to locate the pool vm innovations sent to us! This company has a bad reputation for a reason!
