I tried to purchase a pool from VM Innovations. They charged my credit card and then said the pool was being shipped. It never shipped because they did not have the pool in stock! So I waited for several days expecting a pool to be delivered. They never contacted me to let me know they did not have the pool in stock. I had to contact them directly in order to request a refund. I am very annoyed and frustrated with their business practices. Not cool!
