We purchased a large item, came in pieces as multiple boxes, some boxes were incorrect. We asked VM for the correct parts, VM repeatedly told us we were wrong, that we had the correct items. When they finally conceded that they had incorrectly shipped certain parts, they told us we had to ship they incorrect items back (reasonable). We've been asking for an update as to when we would recieve the correct parts for over 3 weeks now with not a single answer. 1 month later, we're still waiting on the correct parts and some communication when we will receive them. Still nothing. We have a useless, paid for, semi constructed product sitting in our living room. Mind blown.
