Terrible. Me robaron lamentablemente. Pagué mis entradas pero jamás me llegaron. Les llamé por teléfono tres veces un número de pago y me dieron largas. Unos auténticos Ladrones.

NIE WIEDER!

NIE, WIRKLICH, NIE WIEDER! Ich habe für mich und eine Freundin drei Tage vor dem Splash Festival ein Ticket gekauft. Darauf hin wurde mir auf der Seite angezeigt, dass meine Bestellung eingegangen ist, + ich habe eine Bestätigungsmail erhalten.
Im Account stand, dass der Verkäufer (den man nicht kontaktieren konnte & der möglicherweise bereits betrunken auf dem Festival ohne Netz ist) das Ticket nur noch freigeben muss.
Nach zahlreichen Gesprächen mit dem Kundenservice, der nur sehr schlecht Deutsch kann, wurde mir mehrfach versichert, dass der Verkäufer das Ticket freigegeben wird und alles klappen wird. Um so näher das Festival kam, um so beunruhigter wurde ich. Am Donnerstag (Tag 1) hatten wir immer noch kein Ticket. Auf der Hinfahrt habe ich wieder mehrfach (mindestens 10 Mal) mit dem Kundenservice telefoniert, die meinten das alles klappen wird. Der Kundenservice konnte nicht den Verkäufer nicht kontaktieren oder mir seine Telefonnummer geben. Generell gab es nichts, was die für mich tun konnten.
Zwischenzeitlich konnte ich mir glücklicherweise zwei Tickets über Kleinanzeigen klarmachen. Danach brauchte es noch drei sehr deutliche und energische Anrufe, bis mir auch schriftlich ein Refund bestätigt wurde.
Ich hatte nie eine schlechtere Kauferfahrung.
Ich empfehle echt die Finger von der Seite zu lassen.

Além disso, ainda me cobraram,comissões sobre os 30€ e impostos sobre os 30€.

É vergonhoso.

J'avais très envie d'aller voir un groupe en direct à Barcelone. C'est un groupe que j'admire depuis très longtemps et qui se produira la semaine prochaine (le 12 mars à Barcelone). Lorsque j'ai mis le nom du groupe dans le moteur de recherche google, le premier site qui m'apparaissait étais Viagogo, une entreprise basée à Genève (je ne savais qu'il existait à Genève de tels escrocs). Tout paraissait normal lorsque j'ai effectué ma réservation. En apparence! En premier lieu les prix me paraissaient de prime abord très "gonflés". 69 euros et des poussières est un prix déjà assez respectable pour un concert d'un groupe qui est certes très connu en Espagne et dans le pays hisponophones mais peu écouté dans le reste du monde. En deuxième lieu, ce que ces escrots à gant blanc ne te disent pas, c'est qu'apart ça il y a tout un tas de frais supplémentaires exorbitants qui viennent couronner la note de frais. Au total, ouvrez bien les yeux, ce ne sont pas moins de 194,56 euros! Qui ont été prélevés de mon compte pour un simple concert: 69,54 euros x 2 entrées + FRAIS 40,94 (vous n'y allez pas de main morte bande de criminels), icha (iva en español) et frais d'envoi (encore de l'argent pour leur grosse cagnotte). Lorsque j'ai voulu réagir c'était bien évidemment trop tard. Ils ne remboursent pas (bien sûr ce sont des voleurs). La seule possibilité est de revendre les entrèes à un autre victime innocente. A oui j'allais oublier, je peux télécharger mes entrèes et je vois que sur les tickets les prix sont tout autres. 44 euros toutes taxes comprises. Au total 88 euros (que je trouve raisonnable pour 2 entrées) et non 194,56 euros. Je vais porter plainte jusqu'à que leur site ferme leur porte. Je ne souhaite pas voir quelqu'un d'autre tomber dans ce vrai piège à rats

So I bought tickets for Shakira at a concert in Argentina and they made me wait until the last minute to get tickets to never receive the ticket. I am still waiting for a refund and the worst thing is that I had to travel to this location to see Shakira only to be disappointed and waste my time and money. I will never buy from this place again. I'm not even sure how they are allowed to stay in business. I would caution anyone about buying tickets from this fraudulent company or whatever viagogo is. What an awful experience.

After buying two tickets to a concert, we had at three separate times tried to get the tickets transferred and they never appeared. It is now 24 hours before the concert and we finally got someone on the phone who basically said too bad and threatened that if we tried disputing the bill we would lose because they have screenshot proof of the seller sending the tickets (because screenshots are fully trustworthy and could never be spoofed). Mind you these tickets were a collective $700 and their representatives have no empathy whatsoever and if they exhibit any emotion it's hatred and smugness.

I purchased last minute e-tickets@ 6:39pm for the 7:45pm Nations League game between Portugal and Denmark. It was an extremely easy process, good price and the seats were great.
Had tried 3 different sites but the prices were too high and/or the seating location would only be revealed after the purchase.

No Compensation

Our tickets were supposed to be delivered to us. We waited and they never came. Called customer support and she just said, sorry. She did email us tickets but by now we were late for the game. We asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and being late for the game. She said she would not compensate anything because we received the tickets. I will Never Again use this service

I bought two tickets for a concert 10 days before the event. The tickets NEVER arrived.
I contacted customer service multiple times. They told me to wait until the day before the concert. The day before the concert, they told me to wait until 5:00 pm on the day of the concert. At 5:00 pm, they told me to wait until 8:00 pm (the concert started at that time). They said they would contact me by email and phone to give me other, equal or better tickets. This NEVER happened. We traveled to the country to see the concert, and the tickets never arrived. The expectations they give you are unrealistic, and this could have been handled much better. Terrible experience.
