Hi, was considering purchasing tickets for a concert in Japan Osaka. BIGBANG Made concert for the 22/12/2015. Regarding the tickets, will it be from individuals who post their tickets on viagogo or will it be the viagogo team selling it as a authorized reseller? How soon after can i get the tickets after purchasing, and how will i collect it? E. g online, or after i reach japan, i got to collect it at a location? Hope to hear from you soon

My tickets were delivered to me at my residence about 45 days after I had ordred them online by the Viagogo team. So everything was cool.

In my experience Viagogo seems to act as an agent for individuals wishing to sell their tickets. In my case I gave the mailing address as the hotel I was staying at and the ticket arrived by mail 3 days prior to the concert.

Totally agree with the above - we did actually receive our tix however the stress, disorganisation and lack of communication from viagogo will make me an avid hater of theirs for life. Better off getting from ebay.

They'll send you an online ticket close to the day of the event but if you are travelling all the way to Japan trusting viagogo I strongly suggest you reconsider your options. Read my post regarding what happened.
