No they don't. I will never ever make any purchase frm viagogo and I will warn you not to. They deducted my money from my back without my acknowledgement in Dec and guess what, I received the same email frm them that they will be deducting the amount from my bank again due to me not able to produce the ticket.
My reason is that event organiser close down my seating section.
Ended up have to go thru my bank to get the money back from them. They are the worst.

A complete rip off concert is in less than 6 hours and still no tickets or response from them.

No. You could get refused entry and they will charge you extortionate prices. You then have no choice but to relist them making viagogo more money and putimg someone else through the same nightmare.

Don't use them - viagogo is operated by a bunch of Indian scammers and ripoff merchants.

I bought a ticket for World Cup two months ago but can't get it even as the days draw too close for proper planning. Others who bought from other marketers long after me have received their tickets. Can't trust anyone who keeps on the cliffhanger.

I would buy from any other company if possible as although they refunded tickets which I had bought two weeks earlier, we were left without tickets and they did not honour their ticket guarantee as the tickets were 3 times the cost as they only let us know three days prior to event and refused to give any compensation for hotel and travel that had been booked based on the ticket confirmation they had given two weeks before. Really not an easy company to deal with.

My advice is don't use them. Quick to take money & if any questions asked all you receive is standard response. Personally I will never use them again.

My supply is 99.99% on other sites. We all make mistakes. However, they took money from my account for tickets which couldn't have been sold because they closed the account down. Robbers!

My advice is to avoid them, you only get a standard response if you contact them

Customer service was not easy to get to. There is an office by O2 to speak face to face. Can be ok but i did buy a ticket and paid more than the bought price

Finally they do. I had a delay in ticket reimbursement but in the end it was resolved. And they call you if you send an enquiry.
