For is it was a total con. They showed prices in HK dollars and then charged in US dollars. We paid $4000 US dollars for two Madonna tickets. There's literally no phone number on their site and it's impossible to get in touch with customer service.

Don't buy tickets here. You'll be sorry. They even charged us $500 for a service fee. Really insane!

Absolutely, they sold the wrong tickets, added absurd additional charges and even charged an alleged administrative fee for not reselling thrm
Avoid this company

Do NOT order from them - you will never be guaranteed to get your tickets AND you will always pay a lot more than face value. I am going through a dispute now as I stupidly ordered 4 x inflated tix from them for Fuji Rock back in FEB. It is now July and I still haven't received the tickets... This site needs to be shut down so more people are not tricked.

Total disgrace of a company you'll pay 5x price and may not even get your tickets

They eventually deliver inferior tickets (much cheaper than what you paid for) and then late after you made a huge fuss. If they do not deliver your only viable response is to shame them on social media. Will never buy tickets from this company again.

I bought and paid for tickets for a sporting event. I wanted tickets in a certain section which is what I paid for. Once the transaction was done I was told those tickets weren't available any more so I was offered alternative tickets on the other side of the stadium, no refunds. Turns out there is lots of fine print when buying from this site so buyer beware.

It is all legally, illegal in my personal opinion. So many people are paying inflated prices & by the time they realise it is to late & the buyer has no comeback.

Don't waste your money.

Our tickets for adelle where real. I was not sure of it when i bought them because they cost twice as much. But we got in and saw a great concert. But to tell you the truth i not sure if i will do it again.

Our Shawn Mendes tickets were genuine, which was a relief. With all the fees we ended up paying 3 x the original cost.
