I have ordered tickets to be picked up at a collection point in France provided by Viagogo at the stadium for Belgium v Wales - I have received an email an hour ago saying they cannot be delivered and I must provide an alternative address. I can't as I don't have a French address. I have emailed but they have got 24 hour to reply and I am due to leave soon. Is it a scam?

Your ticket price will be inflated, you are not buying from the original seller, if there is any problem you will have no support. I would never use this service again.

It is not a scam but they aren't up to the task. Most of the time it works fine and they charge you exorbitant fees which you pay if you are desperate for that one ticket. But last minute stuff should be avoided as they don't have a number for you to call and sort out in case of an emergency. I had to call them, took me 45 minutes calling internationally on my mobile. They finally managed to sort it out, but no one is paying my bill! And then I realised I was had with a ticket that was sold to me on the platform but only bought after I had paid there times the price on the site! As it turns out my event still had tickets available and someone was doing arbitrage! Should never happen. This is why my ticket, which I had paid through the noise, had n ot been emailed to me, simply because the seller hadn't bought it yet, and 24 hours before the show! Avoid if you can.

Try to stay out of HelpDesk. If not possible, you will sweat to get them help you, but once you do it IN TIME, it will work ok. I recommend.
