As most married women, I have my maiden and married names. My passport has them all but most other things like credit card only have a first and last, not my four family names.
My reservation was flagged because of the 'inconsistency' of the family names.
I agreed to the security check by having my photo taken, then holding up my passport, my driver's license and then my credit card used for that payment which happened to have my first and last names only.
After multiple back and fro emails, they asked me to cancel my reservation!
The German based customer support guy proceeded to give me a lecture on what my responsibilities are as a married woman: Make sure when you get married you have all your credit cards and documents read exactly the same, including the four family names!
Very rude and provincial guy who clearly doesn't understand the issues women have to go through when marriage screws up their identity!

They cancelled my purchase twice just because my IP address was not next door to their office (I live overseas but use my home account when buying online in USD). If that wasn't enough, they charged my debit card three times, with only two cancellations while I am still trying to buy the spare part I need while in Europe with my American specs vehicle! Now I am out of pocket for 2200 USD until they decide to reimburse me. Pathetic. Don't bother with such provincial amateurs who think any client from a different area code must be a crook! Shame on you.

Have used them a few times and things were OK despite their exorbitant fees. But, yesterday bought an electronic ticket to a concert taking place tomorrow Sunday July 3rd. My payment was made, received order con firmation but no ticket! Contacted Customer Service by email (no active number available) and after 24 hours got some stupid person respond in automatic- stating that my tickets would be received once the seller mails them! It's an electronic ticket, the concert is tomorrow, and there is no postal delivery at the weekend!
Have called their UK number multiple times from overseas where I am, and all I get is some recorded message that I am in some (scrambled) queue and that I should consider to call later! Will never use this site again. When things go wrong they aren't there to sort it out although the problem is at their end. ALready dreading the fight to get my money back!
