On tis platform i sold 2 items, first one went well i was happy and my customer as well.
After listing another item which was sold for *******$ i received email that my item was found not authentic, even i was 100% sure that item was authentic i agreed to transfer 12 euros for returning my item back.
3 weeks i have not received any updates or emails, my item even was removed from my listings with no status.
I was talking with agents every day and each of them keep telling me item will be shipped soon, in the beginning they even told me that they have not received payment.
At the end of the day when i read reviews about Vestiaire found same case, to that seller agents told that her item was lost and they wont pay her back. After this i start texting and sending emails every day and finally i received my payment but not the item.
So how they payed me if the item was not sold and not authentic?
And this is not the end of the story, after few days i received email saying my account is suspended, so i kept asking to the agent why? And there is no answer!
So dont sell expensive items over there! They even do not have hotline where you can call! And agents are unprofessional sending same texts like chat bots.
I tried to buy a bikini through Vestiaire. When the bikini went through their quality control, they cancelled my order without asking me. The reasoning being that the bikini had some discoloration in the crotch area. I saw the attached picture and didn't see anything. I was so mad that I didn't get the chance to say whether or not I still wanted it. I'm the customer so I should have the final say. The customer service representative said if the seller said there was a stain in the product description then it would have been fine and passed the quality check. This was so stupid to me. If I get told by vestiaire that there is a stain, I don't even get the choice to buy it, but if the seller says there's a stain in the first place then it's totally fine? They just want to scam you for shipping costs and quality control checks by making you rebuy the product. I paid about 35$ in shipping and quality control check fees which was not refunded to me and now if I want to buy the bikini I have to get the seller to update the description and pay ANOTHER 35$ for nothing. When I asked the representative if I could get a voucher to cover the shipping and quality control check when I rebuy the bikini they did not care at all and my customer service representative left the chat. Even when I emailed the company, they offered no help and only typed out a one sentence response to my super long email along with the infuriating phrase "thank you for understanding". I will never do business with them again and if I find something I like on there I'll message the seller to sell on eBay. This company doesn't care about you and they will blow you off when you need help.

PLEASE I REPEAT PLEEEAASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and 2 out of 3 passed the authentication inspection with wrong sizes meaning they charge you but don't truly check for authentication. They have no way to contact them outside of chat and you'll get no where. It's mandatory to pay for shipping and authentication but I highly suggest not taking that risk. I broke down the size chart comparison by circling and showing why it's listed incorrectly but they just couldn't comprehend. They tell you to send the items back and they will relist for free and once it sells you'll receive the fundings. What if it takes months to resell? They don't care!

I bought an item on Vestiaire, it was sent to you for the authentic control and then I made a mistake to send it to a pick up point in Italy. I contacted your customer services immediately, they all told me "Once the item is back to the warehouse you can change the address and the delivery option by updating the address." I followed their instructions and surprisingly the item was sent to the pick up point again! (Btw I don't live in Italy so there's no way for me to pick the item up.)
Later I contacted the support team, the girl who's in charge doesn't even read my email, always sending me something irreverent, however, we still kept in touch. Yesterday she informed me the item is back to the warehouse again, so I gave her the delivery information and I even emphasized that *Please help to select Direct Delivery to the providing address*. Guess what? The item is STILL sending to the location for pick up only.

I've purchased Celine Crocodile Handle bag in Dec 28 2021 in price of $1300 for bday gift to mom.
My family's nightmare and her worst birthday happened.
When I received it at my home country, the item was obviously plastic fake leather fake logo everything was fake. I was shocked because I've paid $15 Authenticity check.
They said since the item was sent internationally I have to use personal expense to return this item for 2nd check. Ok so I paid $120 to ship it back to their warehouse in France.

I have an authenticate Fendi bag ref ******* with a price tag recently been rejected by them without any reasons and they are holding my bag without shipping it back to me unless I pay their shipping fee. I have asked them many times to give me specific reasons because they said they couldn't verify, but they keep divert the conversation and asked me for invoices...
