I originally bought the same bag from Rebag but it was not in as good of shape as the one I ended up really wanting. When I went to Rebag to ask about a possible exchange before the bag was even shipped they told me they couldn't do that so I had to cancel the order and wait for a refund to my affirm account. I wanted the bag as soon as possible and I found it on Vestiaire Collective and was able to use Klarna instead of affirm. This helped quite a bit and the shipping only took about a week and a half. The bag was in fantastic shape when I got it and the only imperfection, which was shown in the listing, easily wiped off with my finger. So now it's perfect and I'm glad I was able to use Vestiaire Collective!

Provide a downloadable authentication certificate with the recipient of every purchase of the purchase is a named designer. The extra fees customers are charged for trust etc. should at the very least include a certificate.

This company has deteriorated and is in the gutter. They initially claimed the were only a high end seller only listing designer items Gucci, Louie Vuiton, etc. They will now sell ANYTHING in any condition. They are desperate. Check the Better Business Bureau - they have HUNDREDS of unanswered and unresolved complaints. Google them for reviews and again hundreds of complaints. They have disabled their support email and removed their phone number for the NY office (I put it back) but they don't answer and when they did answer, a recording refers callers to the chat on the website and they don't even give the website address as is usual. But the chat is useless and only has auto responses. I just recently joined them and sold 6 items with very good reviews. Just sold another item, a Moschino belt, and the buyer returned it saying it was not the color I advertised, pink not red, but my pictures clearly show red and I think it didn't fit so the buyer lied. They did not investigate and said on the bad review to send pictures but there is no way to do that since they have disabled their email and phone and the chat is useless. I did email their PR email and it is disabled. I also tried their professional seller email also disabled. They cancelled the sale since that is easier than investigating. I put a bad review on another site and again Vestiaire answered to send them pictures - I repeatedly asked for an email address to send the pictures but no response. They can easily contact me through my email address that is on my profile but they never did. BTW, I am a 5 star seller with hundreds of sales on other websites with no complaints and no returns.
