Seller shipped item on last day before sale would be automatically be canceled. Now, Vestiaire keeps telling me there's a problem, but won't tell me what the problem is or when (or if) I can expect to receive the item.
*I paid immediately and completed all customs paperwork.
Vestiaire charges a fortune for their "services", but so far they have not earned those fees.

BUYER BEWARE

The headline on their website clearly states "10% off your first order" without any asterisk, terms and conditions, or a link to view any limitations. My order total was $2684.69 and they only applied $50 off, which is clearly not 10%. Their customer service later said this offer is "capped at $500", but that doesn't appear anywhere that the buyer can see. This is clearly false advertising, misleading and shady business practice!

Vestiaire Collectives is the best! I discovered it a month ago and am absolutely obsessed! I bought my first Manolo Blahnik's my first Christian Louboutin's! I never knew what it was to have luxury brand shoes. I thought shoes are shoes! What a rude awakening! I just never know better until now. I love that I get to buy them in great condition some new at great prices from some fabulous sellers! The process is seamless and customer service is amazing! This is a five stars experience across the board!
