The majority of offers I receive are not completed by buyers. I believe your process could benefit from some changes. For instance, once an offer is made, the funds could be placed on hold until the seller accepts the offer (within 12 hours). After acceptance, the buyer would be fully committed to their offer. If the buyer declines, the funds would then be released.

I decided to sell some of my designer items since I'm moving and I needed to get rid of things and it has been a complete headache to try and get my payments. I was told that if I signed up with Venmo that I would get my payments within 30 minutes of it being issued and it's been over a week and I still have not gotten paid for anything that I've sold. I've sold three items and I have not gotten paid for any of them so now I've gotten rid of three designer items for zero dollars. I'm questioning if this is a scam at this point. I've chatted with two customer service representatives. They have been absolutely no help and they've just told me to be patient and keep waiting. I'm questioning this company as a whole at this point I had other things that I wanted to sell and now I'm hesitant to list them because I wonder if I'll even get paid for them.
