I placed two different orders for Campomaggi bags for my Wife. Both bags arrived fairly fast from the time we first placed the order and both were exactly as described by the seller. Currently I am watching another Campomaggi Tote, however, the seller not being able to sell the bag has actually increased the cost which is totally over priced. I will make a firm bid today with the hopes it will be accepted.

I have been selling online for 13 years and Vesitaire is one of the worst sites I have ever dealt with. Horrific customer service and even worse seller protections.
I sold an Alexander Wang Denim skirt on 3/12/25, shipped within the hour to the seller in California. USPS tracked and insured shipping, purchased by seller from vesitaire. Per tracking, item was delivered to buyers mailbox on 3/14/25. Buyer reported it "lost" on 3/17/25, therefore prompting Vesitaire to "open an invesitgation". I was never made aware until I inquired on 3/19 regarding my payment.
It is now 3/21/25 and I have still not gotten paid despite the fact that USPS tracking shows the item delivered to the mailbox at the address the buyer provided.
Vesitaire is now asking the buyer to write a letter reaffirming their fraudulent claims. I asked why I was being penalized as the seller and all I was offered was a fake apology.
Vesitaires customer service is atrocious and their policies are even worse.
I will be pulling every single one of my items off the site and deleting my account.

We completely understand your frustration regarding the sale of your Alexander Wang mini skirt.

Upon verification from our end, we can confirm that the item was marked as delivered to the buyer on 14/03/2025.

However, the buyer reported that she had not received it. As part of our process in that cases, we are required to open an investigation with the carrier to clarify the situation and ensure a fair outcome.

To proceed with this, we requested specific documents from the buyer. Unfortunately, she did not respond, and in accordance with our policy, your payment was issued on 24/03/2025. It should have reached your account within 5 working days.

We genuinely appreciate your patience during this matter.

Please know that we are constantly working to improve both our seller support and overall service. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the standards we strive to uphold.

The process is too long. If byer sent an offer and seller has accepted the offer the payment should be processed right away and not wait for 24h. The full breakdown of the final payment should be available to the byer hen the offer send
