My first time ordering off of this site was a pair of Coogee pants which the seller said that they were only wore once or twice, but I had the pants authenticated before they were sent to me which I had already paid for when I seen the pictures from the author, and I thought that I would still have to buy them, but I love the fact that they gave me the option after seeing the pictures close up and the problems that they had shown to me Through authentication I was able to decline and they refunded me my full purchase price.
