As a member on the VC platform for more than 10 yrs, I am very satisfied with my experiences as a buyer & seller :) CS at VC has been helpful when I encountered product issues/delivery failure and I got my full refund. The only 'slightly' bad experience was when I placed my order for a pair of Valentino pants on the platform from a US seller during COVID (2020), the seller totally ignored my messages & of course did not send out the pants to VC. I had to visit the VC HK office in person to solve the above issue. Luckily I got my refund & the sale had been cancelled after I filed my complaint. Other than above episode, I am happy with all my other buying & selling experiences on the VC platform & I really appreciate the myriad selections of products from different sellers :) It's a fashion and vintage treasure trove & I will recommend to my friends who didn't use VC before! 👍💖
But I know I received did not match the description that I saw online. When you have an issue with the site, you can only speak through chat and sometimes it'll call back, but the issue was not resolved. I was told that I'll have to send the item back and if they did not agree with me, then they would keep the bag and sell it at their hub and at whatever price that they choose while I am out of 810. I have shopped to your numerous times in the past, but this will probably be my last purchase.

Unfortunately some sellers aren't showing photos of damages/defects of items & they aren't mentioning them in their descriptions. I wish Vestiaire would allow buyers to return items that don't match their description. Vestiaire also needs to allow reviews to be made for buyers & sellers as this would help get rid of dishonest people.
