We purchased tickets to see Georgia O'Keeffe show at the Illuminarium. Vegas.com charged 30% more than they cost on site. Our fault for not checking more thoroughly, but I wanted to make sure that rip-off artists like this get their due bad reviews so that other people aren't scammed.
After the ticket purchase, I called the a customer service and I was told there was nothing they can do to give me a better seat ( which was still available at Bellagio resort website at a lower price). Then I got a message from Vegas.com on the same day after I wrote this review. I called them, and after 15 minutes on the phone, they agreed to refund me. So I changed the star from 1 to 3
I feel strongly I need to write this review, bought ticket for las vegas "O" by Cirque du Soleil® show. The seat is bad, On the Bellagio own website, they have a WAY better seat at a cheaper price! But I booked it within 24 hrs, so vegas.com won't cancel and refund me. So, DO NOT buy ticket from vegas.com. Buy it directly from the resort. They keep better seats and prices for themselves
They Advertise Lowest price on show tickets (60%) off. I found my tickets cheaper on Ticketmaster AFTER I bought them from Vegas.Com. They refunded the difference asking that I change my review. Do Not deal with this company. Obviously there are more bad reviews other than mine.
Have tried for 2 days straight literally ALL DAY on the phone to change my hotel reservation. I have yet to speak to a human, let alone change the reservation. Save your time and money and the RIDICULOUS hassle and just book directly through the hotel.

I wanted to give a shout out to Vegas.com purchasing tickets was very simple and their customer service was wonderful. They are a trustworthy company. I recently purchased tickets from them and due to extenuating circumstances I had to cancel my purchase. I was very disappointed as I wanted to see the event but due to the Pandemic and the resurfacing of the COVID variants my Doctor said not to take the chance of going to a large event that will have many people attending regardless of me already having received the vaccination due to the new COVID variants surfacing (which I was not aware of at the time I purchased the tickets because the city was reopened to the public and I didn't know about the variants). Vegas.com was concerned about me and tried to make my experience with them easy. I will now go to them 1st when wanting to go to Las Vegas and looking to purchase tickets for shows or tours the pandemic is over and it is safe to travel again. Thank you Vegas.com for your compassion and great customer service!
Update: After several weeks they have refunded my cancellation after they have contacted me. Due to the delay I cannot give them a full star rate.
Booked two nights in the Luxor Hotel via vegas.com
Caused by Covid-19 we have to cancel the trip but it is impossible to cancel the hotel via vegas.com as they do not react on pick up the phone. Never again.
Better to pay 10% more BUT to have the option to cancel and not be cheated at all.
Previously, I noted that I was finding it difficult to cancel my booking. The phone lines were difficult, as nobody picked up for up to an hour at a time. But I sent an email and just received confirmation that my booking has been canceled. So, my advice is to cancel via email and not waste your time trying to contact them over the phone. (Really, they should have an online option... but whatever.)

On a sunday I was on hold for 2.5 hours and today on hold for over 5 hours. If you reach out someone will call you back eventually. Very happy with our first trip, cancelling a recent trip booked through the site, additional charges to change it were triple what we originally spent, so crazy.

I booked tickets to Blue Man Group through this company in September. The show was canceled in November due to the pandemic. I did not receive notification there wouldn't be a show and 6 of us traveled from out of state to Las Vegas to see this Christmas Eve. Customer service said they thought they sent an email notification (which I do not have) and my money wasn't refunded in November when they knew there wouldn't be a show. They were unable to tell me when they sent me this one-time mysterious email letting me know there was a problem.
I understand issues arise and we need to be understanding during this trying time, however, this company did not provide good customer service. I had tickets in hand, no refund appearing on my credit card statement and this supposedly one-time "email notification" is not due diligence in effective communication. So disappointed!
Do not use this company to book your trip. I booked a trip to Vegas to stay at the Linq hotel. I arrived at the hotel and it was closed. I was referred to the Harrahs when I called the hotel line and was advised my reservation has been switched. No one told me or notified me that the hotel wound not be opened. The hotel the harrah put me in was trash. I arrived at 1am and had to pay more money just to have somewhere to stay. The hotel told me because I booked with a third party it was my problem to work out with them. Vegas.com has not returned my calls or answered their phone. This site is a total scam. Do not use them.
We were supposed to go to Las Vegas for our honeymoon this June and it obviously got cancelled. At the start of this year we booked 2 tickets for a Mystère by Cirque du Soleil performance at the Treasure Island hotel. We have tried to contact Vegas.com on numerous occasions to get a refund, with no response. Do not use Vegas.com!
