On a sunday I was on hold for 2.5 hours and today on hold for over 5 hours. If you reach out someone will call you back eventually. Very happy with our first trip, cancelling a recent trip booked through the site, additional charges to change it were triple what we originally spent, so crazy.

Tip for consumers:
to change or cancel your trip you have to call.... good luck getting someone to answer.
