Crooks
April 13, 2020

I paid for tickets many month in advance. When the corona virus broke out I called to cancel 2-3 months in advance to get my refund. They refused. I insisted. They continued to refuse. They would cancel with no refund and then decide later if I would get my $600 back. This went on and on until I finally said "no don't cancel I will go to the BBB and file" All of a sudden low and behold the secretary was able to locate a "manager" and was able to process my refund. This took about 20 minutes of haggling so be prepared to argue...

Poor
April 6, 2020

I booked a 2 night 3day stay hotel and air included. During covid 19 pandemic it got canceled. They sent me an email that my trip was canceled. But I was charged a 395.60 dollars cancellation fee! Ridiculous! Don't book with this service! They are a rip off! Very dissatisfied!

For over two weeks I have attempted to contact customer service because of C19 travel restrictions. The airline as part of the package has already cancelled flights during this time announcing a full credit. Vegas.com sent an email finally on the day before the package stating they were giving a refund, but that $365 of the $601 trip price was a cancellation fee. I hope they enjoy the money because that's the last they're getting from me

They are taking advantage of a world crisis and using to make lots of money off from people. I have called and sent numerous emails. No response from them, I understand they are very busy with all that's going on, but ticketsatwork.com answered my email in less then 30 minutes and have already completed the refund request. It's been 8 days and Vegas.com hasn't even responded. Nor do I thing they will. That's a 200.00 loss and a 200.00 dollar gain for them.

No Answer
March 14, 2020

Have been trying to call them for 3 days, to see what are options are for reservations in the beginning of April. No one answers the phone. Have tried the call back option and they are not returning my calls. Starting to wonder if this place is legit. They told me I had till March 29th to make changes. Might be out $1700. Will be contacting the BBB.

Misleading
February 25, 2020

This site always advertises that the hotel and shows are always close to sold out.
This must refer to the tickets and reservations they are allotted, as we went to Beatles Love on 7th of Feb. Advertised 98% sold out. So I rushed to buy tickets at a premium price, the venue was about 70% sold that night. If not mislead I would of been able to look for a better deal

They have low prices which is a plus. However, they fail to mention up front that the prices represent non-refundable rates. Even if you try to cancel within 1.5 hours of booking, you cannot. They provided inconsistent messaging indicating that they couldn't cancel my reservation because the hotel wouldn't cancel. I called the hotel, and they said they would work with me but that it was up to Vegas.com to cancel and not the hotel. Would NOT recommend booking through their site.

Stole my money
January 9, 2020

Messed up the dates booking. My fault. Wanted to change the dates. I'll pay an upcharge. I called within 30 mins. They cancelled my hotel, said it would be refunded. It wasn't. Told me to call the airlines myself if I wanted my money back. I was very polite. Now. Im not going to be. They stole $400 from me. I would take a pic, but Im afraid of getting robbed again

Don't Use Vegas.com
October 12, 2019

Recently used them to purchase 8 show tickets for two separate Cirque du Soleil. After making the reservations, I wanted to change one of the shows to another (not cancel the transactions). Encountered "No Refunds, No Exchanges". Called Customer Services who basically stated "Can't Help". However, they could cancel our tickets and it would leave it up to the Casino if they wanted to refund anything. With the understanding that I wouldn't be able to use the tickets if they refused the return. DONE WITH THESE CLOWNS.

Very disappointed I booked a trip for 2 nights 10/4-10/6 got upgraded room at MGM Grand. Trying to get trip for me and my friends for my friends bachelor party. Got great price, paid it then found out it was only one night and I had to fly back at midnight Saturday night. I called in and the price got doubled! Just to stay Saturday night, and you had to cancel my package won't refund me for 7 days to make any changes. I was willing to do it through Monday a 4th night because your CSR said it was better than leaving Sunday. I asked to upgrade room to strip view for inconvenience and you said no. The website is somewhat misleading the prices look better until you read the fine print. I have a group of 10 and we want to have a good time not deal with this

Ive booked with vegas.com before. I decided to get married in vegas. After spending 4k on all my family and friends flights, hotels, attractions ect- Ive had horrible customer service, Had to call in multiple times to get my conformation email ( Nancy Adams the person I spoke with) pretty much insinuated that I was a liar by saying I didn't call/ message multiple times about not getting my email conformation. Then call to speak with someone about being called a "liar" Spoke w. Felicia the customer service supervisor. As I explained my situation I was called ma'am. Im a male, I identified myself prior to speaking with them, they also had my reservation pulled up which didn't have a females name on it. I corrected Felicia- again went about explaining. She THEN GUESS WHAT CALLED ME MA'AM again. I then said aren't you looking at my name, if you cannot identify gender then please do not use gender specific pronouns. She then said she was going to CANCEL my attraction and refund my money. I didn't ask for a refund. I told her no- and guess what she called me Ma'am again. So at this point I feel she is being derogatory. I asked to speak to her boss (Clint) who isn't in yet. I will be calling him to explain my situation. But I don't see anything coming of this. If this is how the supervisor of customer service acts then I can only image what her boss will be like.

EXPENSIVED
June 16, 2019

This place claimed to be cheapest to do things in Vegas and get tickets. STAY AWAY... you will spend hundreds more than if you go to hotel site. Sounded good, but wait until you see the fees you pay then of course the hotel charges you AGAIN. Took my family and went back to Mandalay Bay site and found I would have saved close to $400. MINIMUM Oh but they say the guarantee prices. NOT, so many hoops you will never see a penny. My daughter has the tickets but I'll prove

It all seem so easy and a great deal UNTIL the day before the trip. Then we find out there were additional fees of $280 just to get on the airplane with Spirit airlines. Check the hidden fees people! They didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my emails about it.

I booked two shows in Vegas for Friday and Saturday... George Wallace was Friday night. At 4:00PM I called the Westgate Hotel, Only to find that George had been signed up for a cruise tour and was not going to be performing. He was Never going to be there for Friday night. The Vegas.com office never notified me, and my Friday entertainment was VOID! I have asked for a refund to NO avail... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Donnie & Marie on Saturday night was in the Flamingo Hotel that should have been torn down by now... Uncomfortable seats and Dirty booths... Way better things to see that that Rat hole!
I will continue to pursue my refunds... Don't get caught like I did... use a reputable ticket source!

A little advice. Don't use them! We bought tickets and made a mistake and bought a class instead of show, the site was not clear that it was a class so we called to exchange them. When I called both the representative and supervisor were complete $#*!s when I called with my problem they both made comments basically calling me dumb!. Complete and utter disrespect and kept changing their stories about the exchange process. I will never use or recommend this site! Ever. I recommend buying at the hotel. Pay the extra $10-$20 but atleast you have a guarentee.
