I bought tickets for my group. A short time later I received an email explaining that they were a third party (which I knew) ticket vendor and that unfortunately the show I purchased tickets for was now sold out and my tickets were cancelled.

The big problem is that they took my money from my checking account immediately, and they have still not refunded my money. I bought the tickets on the 16th. Today is the 25th.

How can it take seconds to take my money, but 10 days to refund. This place is a scam. I would never use it again.

Booked the trip, them realized they shorted me a day. Technically they didn't becausey flight was scheduled for 1:00am. Then the flight gets cancelled by airlines... no refund from vegas.com. Airlines won't refund either! They stole our money!

I purchased tickets using this horrible site, and the mobile app, the tickets ended up being for a wrong show. I called and asked to have the tickets changed to the right show, called in 5 minutes. They lied, they dropped the calls, the operator on the phone was stoned and couldn't explain anything.
Also they lied to the Theater box office, and provided a wrong information, just so they can take my money. They are trying to keep the money without any reason. Terrible site, terrible service, no RESPECT!

Run the other way!
February 24, 2018

I recently booked a trip through lasvegas.com for myself and 5 of my life-long buddies. We were going to Las Vegas to celebrate the first of the five getting married. As others have stated, this site and Frontier airlines are crooks! First our flight was delayed and with this schedule, we would miss our connecting flight. The only offer was to go ahead and take the first flight and see what happens. No promise of lodging, but the next flight would not go out until the following day. After yet another delay and waiting in the airport, we were told the flight was then cancelled. Lasvegas.com told us there was nothing they could do for us to help with our flight situation, we would have to go through Frontier. Frontier told us we had to go through their gate staff at the airport. When we tried to seek help, there was no one at the kiosk. Long story short, our trip was a wash. Our flight had been cancelled and now we were out the money for our hotel rooms as lasvegas.com would not refund the money. This was to be a celebratory weekend full of lots of memory making. Thank you for the kick in the gut lasvegas.com and Frontier airlines. We will never use either of these services again!

Bought tickets on vegas.com and should have used ticketmaster for better pricing and better seat selection. Seats assigned were the worst in the section purchased, even though I was advised by Barbara that "their computer will automatically assign the best available seats within hours after purchase." Asked if I would be able to find out the seats I was assigned. I was told "No, you can't find out the seats until you pick up the tickets." Although there were better empty seats in the section I purchased the night of the show, vegas.com's computer apparently couldn't find them. Do yourself a favor, buy your tickets through ticketmaster and choose the exact seats YOU want!

Perfect
October 6, 2017

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. They were upfront about fees for airfare and hotel. The shows were also absolutely perfect. Everything from Vegas.com was accurate and full of descriptions. You just have to read everything through... but it is there.
They helped make our trip the best yet.

Complete horse$#*!!
September 4, 2017

Frontier Airlines and this company are partners in crime. They both suck so bad its unconscionable. Bait switch delayed and canceled flights and they dont honor their original pricing after they sabatoge your reservations. And as for Frontier... they should get their unreliable raggedy $#*! busted planes and go into crop dusting or better yet, fly over Niagra Falls and drop death row inmates into the horseshoe falls... anything but commercial service. Stay away from this site! Heed the 1 and 2 star ratings.

Purchase tickets to show for the Cirque du Solei at Treasure Island. There was some kind of mix up on the days and when I went to pick them up at box office they said it was for the show the night before which we were not in town for. While other nights were not sold out they would not accommodate a switch. Sales rep at Vegas.com would not accommodate... Claimed they called treasure Island and were told by their ticket box manager said no. I actually caught them in that lie because they did not call. When I called back letting them know I verified they did not call she told be she "misspoke" then she did call treasure island to check and came back they said no... MGM ticket box office say they always accommodate missed shows as long as the show is not sold out! So do not use Vegas.com and probably stay away from any Treasure Island show. MGM much much better customer service!

While our experience was fine, and when I called customer service they were semi-friendly. Get everything in writing - our package deal allegedly came with 1/2 price show tickets and 2 for 1 buffets (at least it showed that when I clicked it). However, it was never listed on anything I received, so check the fine print. I could've got a better deal going directly to the hotel and airlines. Also, DO NOT USE BELL TRANS as a part of a package - driver got freaking lost... lost, Uber or Lyft is cheaper and faster.

They will steal your money! Horrible misleading, scamming website! Promotes special prices that are much higher than venue, will NOT refund your money no matter what is in writing, will not make changes to anything. WIll NOT guarantee any seats your ordered, and will jot give you a seat number after purchase. Ordered VIP tickets, called venue and they do not have our seats in VIP nor do they have our reservations! They will not correct mistake nor refund our money! MAJOR SCAMMERS SHOULD HAVE THERE SITE TAKEN DOWN AND SUED!

So sadly, this isn't a review of a reservation that went through. I had to cancel my summer vacation plans once my boss rejected my requested days off. I was worried about the difficulty of getting a refund, because despite how the cancellation policy was clearly stated in the confirmation email, I read some reviews about how difficult (if not impossible) it was. I had to call because I wasn't allowed to cancel online, but I was connected to someone within 5 minutes, which is pretty good.

Michael helped me out. He had a great way of speaking, was very cordial, polite, and had a wonderful (Southern?) accent. He was very understanding that I couldn't take the days off because of my probation period at my new workplace and chatted a little bit about how sometimes it's who you know that makes a difference on if you can get days off. Very true!

He asked for my email to verify and then processed the refund promptly, making sure to let me know that it could take up to 7-10 business days. That's par for the course though, when dealing with refunds.

He asked when I would be able to plan a vacation since I couldn't this August, and I said if not the summer, hopefully winter. Vegas.com will be the first place I check out when I can make plans to go! Thank you Michael! :)

Booked a flight to Vegas with them, they booked wrong hours, my mistake was the I didn't check the confirmation mail ( I never do) I called to change it 5 days before my flight and they wanted to charge me $1200 and the people was very rude. I called the same day to change my flight because I had to be in vegas earlier, but their flight customer service was close! So nobody could help me. Thanks to the american airline, I got an earlier flight. It was my first time booking true Vegas.com and definitely the last!

My husband got into trouble in his 20s he is now 59. We had gotten a pardon which cost us a lot of money. In the mean time he was able to go to the us for storm damage. As he is a lineman. So when we booked to go to Vegas we didn't give it a second thought. Until we got to the airport. As e were there for about 5 hours told we couldn't go. How surprised were we. Now try to see if we can some money back. Well good luck tried hotel airlines all said it was up to Vegas.com which I did talk too. Who was glad to say they could get a refund on our transfer from the airport and back 49$ gee thanks. Every other company said it was Vegas.com who should of been able to help better. They didn't and just keep our money. Never again and will pass all this to my friends. Thanks for your help I hope you enjoyed sending our moneyg

We booked 2 tickets to the mentalist show at the V theater via vegas.com. The site didn't allow us to select any seating and only directed us to pick up the tickets at the box office. Once we got there, the staff told us that this show was sold out. For that reason, my husband and I would be sitting apart. We asked for a refund but were told that it was not refundable. So, we awkwardly accepted the tickets. Once we got inside, we were assigned to sit in an enclosed area in a very far back (limited view). The sound was poor and we would loose the sight of the performer if he should walk to the left or right of the stage.

The site should have been more informative of the show's seating. If we would have known that this was a sold out show and we had to sit apart in bad seatings, we would have not purchased the tickets.

I tried to purchase a $1k gift card for a retiring employee who loves to go to Vegas. They refunded my credit card shortly after purchase after giving card to employee. Then after contacting bank they again refunded the charge and would not accept another credit card. Not a good company.

Employees, Brad to be precise are as**holes. Tried to cancel a flight with JetBlue, simple stuff normally but no thanks to Brad with the airline division, we are here writing a review of how horrible LasVegas.com treats it's "valued" customers. When asked why we can't be refunded he in the most annoyed tone responded "Its standard practice" as one can assertain LasVegas.com can care less about your customer experience, its just standard practice :/
