Booked a trip and I needed to reschedule. They told me that there is a $100 rebooking fee for flights and I would have to complete the travel within 1 year. When I tried to rebook my flight, there were "restrictions" and there were only particular flights I could book...like leaving San Francisco at 10:20 pm and returning from vegas at 8am or 10 pm on a Sunday. These restrictions were not disclosed to me when I initially cancelled my trip. I don't understand how I can book a flight initially without restrictions, but I can only book selected flight during rebook. It had nothing to do with the airline...I even tried to move the trip to the following weekend, same restrictions. Will never do business with them again.

Their customer service is lousy and it takes forever to reach an agent to help you. Also, if you book 2 queens, the hotel will give you a king and tell you it's never guaranteed through a 3rd party. It's always best to book directly through the hotel. Their prices are not actually cheaper, always look on the direct website!
I will never use this site again. I used it to book hotels for a trip in June. Be careful what you see may not really be what you get. Your better off paying extra than hoping you get the correct room or number of beds or anything for that matter. Oh and lord help if it goes wrong because when you call them they treat you like your trash. Customer service does not seem to be a big concern to them. After all I am only one of many using there web sight and I am free to go somewhere else (that's there attitude) so now it is mine! And they will put you on hold if you want there boss then it convienently disconnects. I am sure many have great experiences so I hope you reading this do better than I did.
Vegas.com is a rip off. They sold us 'premium ' seats for Magic Mike and we ended up in the nosebleed section. We literally couldn't see anything and ended up standing the entire time. When we called to complain they said there was nothing they could do. We will NEVER book with them again and I suggest you don't either.
I had upgraded our show tickets a couple weeks ago. Just found out we will not be able to go the weekend I booked the tickets. There is no refund and we can't receive a credit for future use. Wish I had not booked through them because now I am out of a lot of $$.

We had a terrible experience this weekend booking a hotel on this site. We where charged twice for booking a room and the room wasn't even booked. We where left with no money in our bank account and had to ask our family for money to book a room for us with one of the reps. The agent was the best person, very helpful and tried his best to try to get out money back that same day but was unable. I have no complains about him, but this mobile site needs to have these glitches fixed. How about if our family couldn't help us out. We would have been stranded sleeping in our car with 5 kids all weekend. We didn't even get a discount, and our money still hasn't been returned, don't think I will ever use this service again.
We purchased Britney Spears VIP Table tickets and on vegas.com website it states that we will be assigned "the best available seats", in other words, the closest or most center seats that are available. I have called several different people to identify where exactly our seats are since no one wanted to inform us of location even after confirmation and have finally found that our seats are VIP Table 3. This is in the front row, but not closest to the center for the same price tables. I find this very disturbing. First, that no one could tell me where my seats were even though they are "guaranteed" and already assigned. Second, that the "best available" is in no way best available by any standards. Third, I had to call 3 people and use the online chat to find that information and the online chat disconnected without answering all of my questions. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, and quite frankly it feels like fraud. I will be happy to share my experiences with this website with all of my friends and family and ensure that we never use this site again. I tried to complete the online customer service email page and when I clicked submit I was told that it was an invalid command.

Should have know from the beginning. When booking our trip online it would not accept our credit card, said we needed to call. We call, have to go through giving all information all over for 5 people, probably took close to 45 minutes. We were told we were getting the same thing we tried to book online, same flights, hotels, view, everything. Said she actually found it a little cheaper than what we were getting. Yea, it was cheaper because we did not have the view we originally booked, we looked at a parking garage! We were given rooms on 2 separate floors! We flew Frontier AIrlines and they charge you extra for everything! Had to pay for bags weather checked or carried on, had to pay if you wanted a confirmed seat! The seats were horribly uncomfortable! Then had to pay another $200.00 at the hotel. Which we knew about but still after looking into other companies everything would have been included, and maybe a little less! Then we booked a tour to Hoover dam, 2 weeks before we even got there, close to $300.00 for 3 people. We waited outside the hotel to be picked up for close to an hour - NOTHNG! No body picked us up, nobody called - JUST NOTHING! We had this specifically planned to take our 14 year old son! We called vegas.com and they said we were never added to the tour! What? Do you not confirm your customers on a tour? They had our money for over 2 weeks and said it will take 7-10 days for a refund!

My son had a soccer tournament in Vegas and I made the mistake to go though this company without checking reviews. Employee are friendly, but the good of of it ends there! The policies are ridiculous and you end up paying more than you would with other companies for the same service!
Donny and Marie were great. We purchased the dinner and show tickets. The dinner part is A rip off. Show is at flamingo and dinner is at ceasor palace. HAd to walk over a mile to get dinner. Then they were booked solid and tried to put us on the patio with high top tables and chairs. We are senior citizens this was s terrible experience for us Will never book dinner and show again. Not worth it. Very unhappy with this purchase

I made a mistake when booking a hotel for the wrong dates and Unfortunaly it was nonrefundable. But I called vegas.com immediately after realizing my mistake and they worked with the hotel to get my dates changed. Unfortunately the hotel could not fix it right away so vegas.com changed my reservation anyway. They were very kind and professional. I'm extremely thankful that they could help me so I didnt have to pay twice.

Booked a pricey Hoover Dam day trip with company for a party of four. Months earlier we called to cancel two bc of sickness not allowing them to travel, they would not offer any refund, however that was stated in policy. We called back two days prior to make sure of return time to hotel and we were told we would only be gone 6 hours. We called to check because of purchasing show tickets for that night. We promptly arrived at designated departure area for our hotel, however we had no sign to know which van to get on, called company got on proper van at this point maybe only 4 minutes late for the driver to be rude because we were late boarding, but we had been there early. Arrived at Hoover Dam with only 30 minutes of free time before tour, line was too long to grab lunch. We were told by our driver to be back at meeting spot at 3, our entire bus was back early but no driver, but i had just seen him 10 minutes prior. No phone call no word or anything, still no time to grab lunch, beacuse we think we should be leaving. Finally 45 minutes later another driver comes over and says we will be joining her tour for the day, by the time her tour loaded the bus we should have all been back at our hotels. Her tour consisted of another stop, they cancelled that for her group, with no partial refund she announced when asked by someone. This helped our group get back sooner, but was not fair to her group. The 6 hour trip was 8 hours, no chance for food at all, we missed our show, luckily we were able to get in a later one bc of kindness of the box office. When our group asked where our driver was we were told 4 different stories... When we all expressed our concerns, no care was given at all... STAY AWAY
