The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from issues related to pricing, misleading advertisements, and poor customer service. Many customers reported being overcharged compared to direct bookings and experienced difficulties with ticketing errors and seat assignments. Complaints about unresponsive customer support and long wait times were prevalent, contributing to a negative service experience. Conversely, some customers noted prompt assistance when issues arose, indicating potential for improvement in customer service practices. Overall, the sentiment reflects a lack of trust and a recommendation to seek alternatives for booking.

Due to a poor internet connection, I accidentally double-booked tickets for an attraction. The site called me to double-check and cancelled the second booking painlessly. The prices for this particular attraction, the High Roller, were the best I'd found.
If I could ONE HALF STAR I would. I used the service of Vegas.com and asked questions of where would be a good location for my daughter and I to stay and for shows to see and a place that was safe with a pool as I was not familiar with the area. Unfortunately, the pool was ripped out a month before we arrived and they knew it was gone before I booked with them. They also charged over $225 a night for Monte Carlo (which looked older inside and was under major construction). I overheard the nightly rate for walk-ins was only $120 per night while I was there. VERY DISAPPOINTED at every level with them. Then I booked three shows and paid more to be "up front". Unfortunately, those seats were the worst in the house (the furthest left of the performer's stage) and you couldn't see the performer on the stage. Luckily, the show ushers moved us to a different seat further back but we could at least see the show. VERY POOR on Vegas.com's part. I called them to voice my concern when I was there and they said that they could not do anything for me as I signed up for a package deal. The hotel said that they could not help me either with that but they waived the additional $30+ per day resort fee. I will never use them again and just want others to be warned. Their slogan is to use an insider to get the best deals and show prices ---- WHAT A JOKE!
Do yourself a favor and book directly with the Casino, you can cancel up to 72 hours prior to the show.
Vegas.com... once you book it there is no canceling it and the casino won't help you since it's through a third party. Also, takes forever to get through.
I wish I read the reviews on this site before I booked my trip. They lied to me on several occasions about my ability to change my flight and made me wait until it was too late. Now my option to change my flight is $1400 extra. I can purchase a ticket for $350 with another airline instead. Buyer beware.
They penalize you if you try and cancel with hidden fees/charges. Never, every book with them. They are the worst.
My boss bought us tickets to a show, we flew from LA to vegas to see the show, we get there and the tickets were canceled becuase they thought it was fraud. No one ever called, emailed any of us to let us know it was canceled. The customer service rep then lied to me and said my bosses card had been canceled which it had not, then they proceeded to tell me i was lying and that he want my boss, that I am self employed- yes I am and I have many clients- they are the worst, dont ever use them
Haven't even gone on my trip yet and already regret booking with vegas.com. The customer service is awful. They cannot answer your questions in a timely manner. Both our direct flights got switched to connecting, and they didn't even offer to compensate or anything. We asked if we could get an early check in because our evening flights turned into 7 am early flights and the woman scoffed and said no we don't do early check ins. We asked what our options were for alternative flights and it was like pulling teeth for her to look up what our options were.
Overall horrible service I'd advise to book with any other business on the planet before booking with them.
Absolutely dissatisfied with Vegas.com. They rejected and declined my payment and considered it as fraud because I put my friends name down as the person to contact and the person to pick up the tickets. When i called customer service, they tried to tell me it was my bank that had declined it which was absolutely not the case because i had just got off the phone to my bank in australia who could see the transaction and that it was declined from vegas.com after they had taken the payment, then returned it back to me. I asked who deals with their transactions, received the name of the bank/organization, only to find it didn't even exist. Completely ruined our plans for the night that we had and they didnt even contact us to say it had been cancelled because apparently it was fraud. And by the time we found out (upon attempting to pick up the tickets that had been cancelled because this transaction was deemed to be fraud), it was too late to book anything else for the night AND they didnt even offer us any sort of reconciliation for this mistake. After travelling 16+ hours on a plane from australia, and with limited time in Las Vegas, this just ruined everything for our last night in Vegas.
Also a customer service agent said to my friend (whose name i put down to pick up the tickets) that she is glad our night had been ruined because it was fraud. When it absolutely wasn't. Absolutely disgusted and i will be telling ALL of my friends and family that visit Las Vegas to never use your website, unless they want to be accused of fraud.
Disgusted.
Will never use your service again.
Regards,
Accused fraudulent customer
I bought Micheal Jackson one from Vegas.com. That show was so bad but the review on Vegas.com about it was 4.7 from 5. And I couldn't give my rate about it too! They never cancel your order and there is hidden fee too. Never recommend.
I booked for the Beatles love show over the phone they were helpful. The only thing you have to realize is you can't choose your seats so check out a seating chart and ask around to make sure it's ok seating. The Beatles show doesn't have a front or back of stage so any seats would have been fine. Overall great experience with them as I saved a TON of cash for the tickets.
Booked a trip and paid for it. Come to find out we are going to have to pay around $600 more if we want to take our clothes with us and the extra resort charge. Why they dont include the mandatory fee in the price is BS. By the, Spirit Airlines now charges for carry on baggage, more than they do for checked baggage. Double wammy. I would highly suggest looking into southwest airlines packages from their site. Oh, and when i called to talk to someone, 66 minute wait time. Let my pain be your gain.
After a site malfunction (they booked me for a July concert when I asked for August). I was told by three different customer service reps there was nothing they could do. So I left a bad review. THATS when I got their attention and some help. Only half of my ticket price was refunded but that was better than nothing.
Booked air and hotel via Vegas.com...
No issues with either. Wonderful room at Hotel, no issues with flight.
Issue is I booked the airport shuttle thru the site. Total rip off they pack as many people as possible on the bus. It took 52min. To finally arrive at our hotel.
On return we took a cab from our hotel travel time at noon on a week day was 15 min. Cost $18.00 plus gratuity.
Don't know how they stay in business. It's fine to just book a trip, but god forbid you have a problem. Stock answer is " you'll have to deal with the hotel". I booked the hotel through these morons, and they SUCK! Just book direct and bypass these idiots. They are the equivalent of on-line pick pockets.
Want a raped. This is the place. Promise one thing and give you the worst seats possible. If you must buy tickets here. Spend a little more And get yourself some lube.
Just stay away from this place.
I had booked the Penn and Teller show though this site and 4 days before needed to cancel my reservation, they stated that all tickets are non refundable for any reason. I will never use this site again.
I should know better than to use an online site before checking reviews... just tried booking my air/hotel/trans... put in my card info and the screen read, 'we cannot complete your order.' Hmmm... must have entered a wrong # since my card does not have a limit issue. I was going to try again... however... Am Ex sends a notice when my card exceeds a $1000 transaction. That's right... order incomplete... yet charge is pending. Tried calling the #866. It rang & then busy signal. A phone call will get the charges dropped... I'm more annoyed by the time spent contemplating options on this site. Would not recommend.
Rude! Rude! Rude customer service. They don't want to help at all whenever you have a problem. Unhappy using this vegas.com to book a hotel. Wrong fee!
I have been using this site for the past ten years and I have never had a problem with this site. I only buy my show tickets here. The prices are always reasonable and the seats are as promised. I once had to cancel one show and they canceled it for me and refunded me with no problem. I am sad to see so many dislikes for vegas.com. I will continue to use.
I booked tickets to Vegas the Show at the end of November 2015 for our holiday, the tickets where for Xmas Night, I had confirmation everything was OK, the money was charged to my credit card everything was done. Xmas night we go to collect our tickets to be told that the booking hadn't gone through, no tickets! We rang Vegas.com they told us that they thought it was fraudulent and had cancelled our tickets. They had taken the money in November then they refunded the money to my credit card on the 23rd December, they hadn't notified us that there was a problem, it didn't appear on my statement until a week later! The lady at the ticket offfice was wonderful she saved the night for my 3 children and managed to get us tickets as good as what I had bought from Vegas.com and for half the price!
Answer: If you call them, they will be happy to assist you. Their rates are very competitive, especially if you can be flexible. 866-983-4279
