The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from issues related to pricing, misleading advertisements, and poor customer service. Many customers reported being overcharged compared to direct bookings and experienced difficulties with ticketing errors and seat assignments. Complaints about unresponsive customer support and long wait times were prevalent, contributing to a negative service experience. Conversely, some customers noted prompt assistance when issues arose, indicating potential for improvement in customer service practices. Overall, the sentiment reflects a lack of trust and a recommendation to seek alternatives for booking.

Customer service was extremely rude and argumentative. I cannot begin to express how rude they were. One of the women laughed at what I said and hung up on me. Reading the other reviews this is obviously common practice. Please stay away as they will do whatever they can do to screw you over.
I'm not one to ever write reviews but this was the worst experience ever.
RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DEFENSIVE & ARGUMENATIVE. ALL FEES SHOULD BE DISCLOSED AT TIME OF PACKAGE PURCHASE. SAYS IT IS ON WEB SITE: SORRY I DO NOT READ ALL THE FINE PRINT OF ALL WEB SITES.
ALREADY OUT ANOTHER 100.00 AIRLINE. NOWHERE DOES ITSTATE Go to Airline sight for FEES on ASSIGNED SEATING& LUGGAGE FEES. If I had not on my own gone to website for Airline, I would not have gotten assigned seat without paying DOUBLE at check in/Double Price or check in BAG. Vegas.com response was; ALL MY FAULT.
There's a lady by the Name Kathryn Luna that works there, that does money laundering from the company. She steals money from her company and has it in her bank
We booked a dinner and show package and although the price was right everything else was a mess. The box office did not have the tickets until the day after... the restaurant had no reservations... vegas.com = vegas. Bomb
I bought show tickets from them. I know their ad says no refunds or exhanges and trust me they won't for any reason. TICKET COUNTER on the other hand where I bought my tickets for Beatles Love never batted and eye and refunded my money. We had to cancel our whole 20th anniversary trip to Vegas due to an emergency surgery my husband had to have. I'm thankful Ticket Counter was kind enough to understand. Two thumbs down for Vegas.com.
Please heed this review and others, do not under any circumstances book with this organisation. I had booked and paid extra for a premium room at a high level with a view of the strip at MGM Grand and somehow ended on the bottom floor with NO WINDOW whatsoever. I will tell as many people about this as possible so that no one had to go through what I went through.
If I could give them zero stars I would.
My wife and her sister were at this club last week while on holidays and absolutely loved it until she had her cell phone stolen from her purse on the dance floor. It happens, there are scumbags every place but that wasn't the main issue. When she attempted to report it to 'security', they brushed her off like she was ruining their night. They were extremely condescending towards both women and eventually shrugged them off, without even pretending to care. After approaching the security staff at the door on the way out and repeating the story, the staff were slightly less uninterested and suggested calling back to check in the morning if it was turned in. Staff can make or break a venue and if their security is too busy to even help someone in their place of employment that was obviously upset and unsure what to do, then management may need to rethink training in people skills. Security work is tough and thankless, but it won't help your image with incidents like this. On a side note, when they phoned from their hotel in the morning, they were told by staff that six cells were stolen that night. Too bad, a fun night turned into such a bad time, added to by staff with zero people skills. Hopefully, it was just a bad night for them as well because that is no way to run a club in my opinion
My husband and I went to Vegas this May. My husband goes there twice/year I usually go there once a year (good shopping). We stayed At Ceasar's Palace as usual and we were asked to pay an extra $30 for early checking (why the room is empty anyway), they don't do that in Europe, then the resort fees were $32.48 last year $25.00. WHY, my husband is 80 I am 70 WE DO NOT HAVE A COMPUTER OR ANYTHING TECH, WE DO NOT USE THE POOL, THE GYM ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. WHY ARE WE PAYING FOR SOMETHING WE DO NOT USE AND THOSE FEES ARE PER DAY. Last year we asked for a wake up call and the lady said would we like a reminder just in case... I thought that was very considerate! FOOL that I am the cost was $34.00 for that!
IT IS NOTHING ELSE BUT A MONEY GRAB and it is always the customer who end up paying. In the end we probably wont go there anymore or if we decide to go we will rent an appartment and see how that works. We will take more driving vacations and Europe too.

Yesterday I bought 4 tickets for KA Cirque Du Soleil through Vegas.com. I paid $306 for 4 tickets after receiving 10% off. They guarantee the best price so it seemed like a good deal. The next morning I received an email from Travelzoo for KA show tickets for $54 each, that it is KA's 10th anniversary sale. I called Vegas.com to tell them I found the tickets cheaper on Travelzoo and "Jim" told me he couldn't do anything because their price guarantee is only 24 hours and it is now 24 hours and 15 minutes so it is not within 24 hours. I explained that their phone system had me on hold from within the 24 hours. He again said he couldn't do anything. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he told me they were already talking on the phone and asked me for a number to call him back. I gave him my number but a supervisor never called me back. In the future, stay away from Vegas.com they are not honest and their price guarantee is bull!
I was trying to ask about canceling my reservations on the customer service (vegas.com). And the lady who's name is Cari on the phone responded with a disrespectful manner whole time. I felt the customer service on Vegas.com was very bad and I'm not going to use this service with such a disrespectful mannered customer service.
This was the first time that I have used Vegas.com, and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. I opted for the 3 nights + hotel promo, which offers the two free show tickets. I will be staying at the Aria and spent around 1000. 00 on the total package. After booking the trip, I received an email with no mention of the free show tickets. I called the customer service Rep at Vegas.com, and was first told that i didn't have the correct room for the package, which was later confirmed to be false. So, I was transferred to the main office, where I was told that the last day of my trip fell on a blackout date, which made me ineligible for the free show tickets. I explained to the lady that the reason I had booked through their website was specifically for the show tickets. I have family meeting me in Vegas and 2 free tickets would have been great for the whole family experience. I asked the customer service rep was there anything they could do to makeup for what I felt was false advertising. "No sir" After the money I spent for the package, there is still nothing you can do to make this right. Again she replied "No, Sir". I could have reserved the SUMMER13 Promo through the ARIA, at which Im staying, and gotten a super deal. Needless to say, I will never book through Vegas.com again. Very Displeased.
Expedia.com was my #1 travel website for booking rooms and air travel for Las vegas since 2010. This year, my #1 choice is vegas.com. The website will not only save money on rooms and airfair compare to other website, it also provides me with great insider information( such as golf, night club, attractions, etc.) to help plan my trip better.
Overall, I've been very pleased with my experience with vegas.com I would highly recommend this website to future travelers who would like to visit Las vegas.
People are always wondering what site to buy vegas show tickets and hotels and I think vegas.com is the best around for that. They are reputable and always have the low rates not offered by the hotels.
Answer: If you call them, they will be happy to assist you. Their rates are very competitive, especially if you can be flexible. 866-983-4279
